The stove is being fitted on my boat and looks fantastic. The finish is truly special and looks so good in flesh.. 5 starts all round

The fire is a lovely addition to our conservatory and generates a reasonable amount of heat. It is heavier than one would think and well constructed. It does have a little smell in the fuel when you first light it and one can still smell the fuel a little after, but overall we are happy with our purchase.

We are very pleased with this stove. It is good value for money, the design is elegant and the heat output is great. We are still learning to balance the dampers effectively but confident we will succeed.

We love our stove! It's perfect for us as we didn't want a wood-burning stove (as one of us has asthma). The living room in our old 1930's house is ~40 sq meters, and the heat generated from the stove is enough bump up the temperature by a degree or two - very comfortable. I would say that I do sometimes miss the sound of crackling fire, but you can always turn on a fire-place soundscape to finish the experience!
Once we received the stove we did find some scratches due to the transport, but Stove World were very helpful and mitigated this issue in no time! Much appreciated!

Nice simple stove. Install easy. Can throw out a lot of heat. Glass stays clean. Handle stays cool. Only have one little gripe....Ash builds up on inside of door just below glass on the small ledge, but easily brushed into dustpan - only minor, just need to remember. Quick and fair delivery to Highlands.

I went against my instincts and the reviews by others on this website, and purchased this bolt on oven along with the Ottawa stove. Its been two seasons since I bought them, and I haven't had the same issues as two of the other people who said the oven causes a blockage and prevents proper exhaust. I have had a carbon monoxide detector in the room and there have been no issues at all.
I have only used dry, seasoned wood and smokeless coal ovals in the firebox. I used the exhaust outlet on the back of the oven (as opposed to the stove). Everything works fine, and has for two years now.
Also, thanks to stove world for a seemless transaction and delivery. I will definitely use them again.

We bought this stove back in May 2022 and as its in a new build didn't fit it for a while and lit it even later. I fitted it myself having done a lot of research and it is a completely sealed system - air in from outside via a hose and the flue is connected direct to the stove as it is required to be.
What a difference to the stove we are used to! It's absolutely brilliant. Load of dry wood lasts all night and make the room super cosy - the wife keeps saying 'open the door and let a draught in!' but there are no draughts in this house!
The glass stays pretty clean, there is bugger all ash, at least four fires before you need to clean it out, the heat is amazing and the controllability with just the single airflow knob is like a gas fire!
All aspects of dealing with Stoveworld were spot on and i'd recomend this stove and them to anyone

WOW! We love our new wood burner. It is stylish and so much more efficient than our old stove and the price was fantastic. Far less than half the price of the stove we were looking at, before our stove installer recommended Stove World and Ecosy. The purchase and delivery process was so fast and efficient. Highly, highly recommended!
