Fabulous fire. Contemporary and clean lines. Was delivered when they said it would be and Stove World answered my queries quickly and professionally. The fire is amazing. Easy to light and throws out great heat. I love it!! (sorry picture was taken whilst we were still renovating)

A wee bit late with review , had the stove delivered end of July but have recently had it installed . The ordering was easy and the delivery was even a day early and all items were delivered in perfect condition , the stove is perfect for the size of our living room and everyone is very happy with its performance and highly recommend stove world to anyone thinking about buying a one.

We wanted to replace our old stove which probably didn't comply with any clean air regulations. Bought the rear chimney adaptor at the same time so made installation very straightforward. Looks really good, much more modern than our old one and it burns really well too. Seems quite efficient with wood, we haven't used coal in it yet, but logs burn well and last a long time. Seems to emit much less smoke too, so obviously that bit of it works!
Overall we are very happy with the stove and the service from Stove World.

Great service. I live in the outer hebridies so I was surprised they would deliver but I received this quickly and with no issues at all. The unit was well packaged and I'm looking forward to getting this installed.

Excellent service and the stove is a sensation. It actually warms our large room quickly unlike the previous 2 which had an appetite for fuel without heat! I chose it on the the basis of previous reviews, so thank you!

Dear stove world
I have no idea of the size of your business. The service it provides, and particularly its flexibility in dealing with issues following delivery is remarkable. The fire bowls are very heavy items. It substituted an order midstream. The smaller fireball demonstrated some problems on the specification of the fixing bolts/nuts and the retaining collar about the rim. These issues were resolved quickly and without rancour.
