The stove came very quickly and proved to be a serious amount of steel for the money. It hasn't been installed as yet, but it looks extremely well made and the glass door is absolutely marvelous. I can't wait to see an action.

Great little stove, very easy to light. Airwash works well keeping the glass clear. Was surprised that the door doesn't open fully back on itself, only goes to 90 degrees from the stove front. Also the front grate top seems very low for a wood fire not allowing much of a bed of embers before the risk of spilling out onto the hearth- i will have to adapt. All in all a great llittle stove.

Fire bricks were damaged and the top one was split in half .
Contacted the team at stove world who took a few details and supplied me with all the information about the correct parts.
Swift delivery , wrapped up brilliantly.

Rope on door was starting to fail , looked on the website to find it was still available.
Clean all the surfaces very well of the old rope.
Took just over an hour to fit , left for 24hrs to dry .
Good as new .

Great product, really robust. Log set is expensive.
It does say that it will deliver to your front door only and it is a two person task to move it but it needs two very strong people as it is so heavy.

Could not face another winter like last year so took advantage of the summer deal.
Delivery was so quick, it caute me unprepared. No complaint, it meant I lost a couple of pounds and trimmed my waist in carrying/dragging the packed stove into my office.
Superbly packaged and very easy to install. The preliminary burns indicated the efficiency of wood to be used. The recommended curing times were achieved, using only twigs and a couple of 4" X 2" sections of timber.
Today is first rime of proper use and I may have to shield computer from the increasing heat. Terrific.
