The Green Machine is the perfect size domestic pizza oven; with so many models being far too large or far too small, this model has a good size internal area without being too vast. This ensures the oven heats up quickly and maintains its temperature. Larger ovens require huge amounts of fuel to maintain the heat inside and take a very long time to heat up. Smaller portable ovens do not have the capacity and lose heat fast.

The Green Machine's construction is of the highest quality and has a triple layered oven, to retain as much heat as possible inside. 

The oven chamber itself is 700mm Deep, 460mm Wide and 270mm High and can fit a sizeable pizza or anything you fancy cooking in the oven; its uses are endless. The advantage of having a stone base is that the heat stored in these stones is transferred directly through the pizza / bread that is placed directly on it. The oven will retain the heat for hours and is perfect for cooking other dishes including lasagna and casserole.
