Hampton Collection Ecosy+ Hampton 5 BIO Stove (Optionally Converts to a Wood Burning Stove) Ecosy+ Hampton 5 BIO Stove (Optionally Converts to a Wood Burning Stove)

About this Woodburning Stove

The Hampton 5 BIO is a new and unique stove that can be converted to a wood burning stove. You are not just getting a bio stove that look like a woodburner. This stove is the real thing, adapted to burn bio fuel. Most Bio stoves are around 25kg and are made from thin steel. This stove is made from thick steel and weighs around 85kg with the kit installed. This all adds to the overall look and feel of the product.

When you check out, you will have the option to add the parts to convert it back to a standard woodburner. Alternatively, the parts can be purchased at a later date.

For full details on this product's specification as a woodburner, click here.

For a lower price there is a version of the stove without the option to convert to wood burning available here.

The TechnologyAbout this Woodburning Stove

Bio fuel is an extremely efficient, renewable product made from waste organic matter.

The Hampton 5 BIO Stove will arrive with the Bio Kit in place. This kit includes a sturdy cradle that holds the burner box and prevents the fuel from tipping out. Inside this stainless steel box is an absorbent material that soaks up the liquid and slowly burns it, creating a lovely flame without any smoke or odour. This means that no chimney is required and the stove can be used almost anywhere.

To use the Hampton 5 BIO Stove, carefully fill the burner box and then light the fire. That's it - it's so simple! And there is no need to get up and adjust the vents either. Just let it burn until it burns no more. If you want to extinguish the fire before it burns out, just close the flap with the tool provided.

Option List:

Option 1: You can customise your stove by adding a brushed, bass or black handle

Option 2: The option to add a length of 1000mm matching flue to the order. We sell other 5" vitreous enamel flue pipes on the website and they will all fit this stove.

Option 3: Bio Hearth - Please see gallery images for pictures and drawing. This is a smoked glass hearth, perfect for a freestanding setup, giving a realistic stove look.

Option 4: Wood conversion kit

How Does  A Bio Stove Shape Up Against A Real WoodburnerWoodburning Stove Guarantee

In our opinion there is no replacement for the real thing but there are a growing number of homes where the real things is simply not possible. ( Some new builds, extensions, loft rooms etc etc ) A real woodburning stove produces huge amounts of heat and offers amazing high and dancing flames. A bio stove produces a lot less heat and the flames are not as big. However, you do have a zero installation and servicing costs with a product that will still produce dancing flames and comforting level of background warmth.

7 Year GuaranteeWoodburning Stove Guarantee

This covers the stove's body and not the internal perishable parts like grates and fire bricks. Guarantee is activated when the stove is invoiced. 6 digit number on the top of each invoice is the warranty number. If you are adding the wood burning kit it must be installed by a HETAS engineer or signed off by building control.
