Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was ill for a few days and also missed having a wood burner in our new house. Being unwell and at home proved the ideal opportunity to research Bioethanol stoves! After taking the plunge we are NOT disappointed. It’s fantastic, looks good, clean, no soot marks on the ceiling. We absolutely love it so much that we have ordered another for our small snug room. They do give out heat. We are delighted and loved the videos on the website to help us choose the right models. Looks better than in the picture but hope that helps.

This is the second stove we have bought from Stoveworld. The original one had a back boiler which we had to replace as ut was no longer compatible with our new heating system.
The last stovecwas so goo we bought a very similar model, without the boiler. It's a great stove which produces a fantastic amount of heat with only a few logs. Easy to install, clear instruction manual, and it looks great too.

Great stove, heats everything, hot water, 6 radiators and the main room and hallway. Only issue is the instructions, no mention about the numbered nob on the left underside. Any ideas????

These are great value and look so lovely. I bought two to fit either side of my connecting door to another room and when lit looks amazing from both rooms.
Very easy to install, we ended up added making it look 'built-in'.

Absolutely amazing bit of kit, strongly reccomend, was nice when the installer and chimney sweep were excited to see it. Arrived promptly, very heavy make sure your ready to receive it as its not a 1 person lift but this just highlights my favourite thing, its solid and well built. The airflow system is great, high level of control and the flames dance nicely. Wierdly excited for the depths of winter this year.

I would definitely recommend Stove World when buying your first stove. Advise given before purchase was invaluable, and once the stove was ordered it arrived promptly, well packed and although it is not yet fitted, it appears to be in perfect condition. with no issues.

Heating at last! After a two year period without heating and huge electricity bills due to convector heater this has begun to be the most amazing improvement, especially from the old, leaking gravity fed monstrosity. I’m still working out how the various air controls work, top & bottom obvious but the extra one underneath and the mysterious thermostat are beyond my comprehension. Logs certainly burn well and give good heat to room and radiators, trying briquettes tonight and seeing if they stay in ????????

This burner was recommended by a local installer and after reviewing many burners this came up trumps. Very easy to look through websites and the ordering process was very easy. We requested a date and although not guaranteed, as an external delivery company we got the date we asked for. We unpacked it the night before installation and it was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Our installer showed us what to do with lighting and we were very impressed with the style and ease of use.

Ordered a grate online , but then noticed that stoveworld also had the throating plate I needed. I emailed that night and a nice man took a payment over the phone next day, and packaged both articles, saving me an additional postage charge.

Kit arrived promptly. Have refurbished the door and ropes and adhesive are good. One issue you only receive four glass retainers, however my Ottawa 12kw has six! Salvaged 2 old ones to re use, so kit could do with an update.

Our home had its chimneys removed at some point in the past, so the cost to add in a new flue for a wood burning stove was far higher than we wanted. But we weren't sure if bioethanol stoves be warm enough or look right.
We took the plunge and weren't disappointed. The delivery was on the day we requested, it was easy to setup and put in our fireplace hearth. We purchased this panoramic model as it can take more fuel than most other models and has a larger window for a great view of the fire.
The drawback is that you cannot quickly refuel the stove once it's out and a litre of fuel lasts about 2.5-3 hours with the grate fully open.
Most of the heat does go straight up (even with the blanking plate), so initially we found this was only marginally heating the room because it was sitting inside the hearth. However, after adding a stove fan, we found this made a huge difference, increasing the temp of our living room by at least 4C.

Just an update on the first review. This stove is great. it's easy to get to grips with, and it burns everything down to nothing, which is a change from my previous Hunter 6 D/S. the other morning I laid the fire for later lighting, and took the dogs out for a walk. I came back to find the fire had lit itself. This might not suit everyone, but I thought that was testament to how this stove retains heat.

I needed a 1m piece of pipe to extend the height of the flu on a hot tub stove, but I could not find this locally, so I looked online, there are a few places that have pipe for sale but I chose Stove World for not only the reasonable price of the pipe but also the reasonable price of the postage, The pipe arrived fairly quickly in better than expected condition, the pipe is of a decent quality and thickness the only thing I will say is that the male end is a bit tapered so didn't fit all the way into the existing elbow join where it was needed, but it fits well enough to be functional and has allowed us to use our tub again, I would buy from here again because the pipe really is a decent quality, not the cheap thin tin looking stuff.

We have now installed the Mulberry 10 stove and are delighted with the versatility of it.
Very easy to use, small fires burn still burn hot and when the fires fully loaded, it really gives out heat.
This is a quality fire, extremely well made and the controls are very easy to use.
Inside the fire, the fire parts are robust and you can see there will be a long life ahead for them, the carcass of the fire and door are cast and so are really bulletproof, not many fires are made like this nowadays, which is a shame.
Don't worry about the fires weight, with the fire part and door removed, it's still a big lump, but manageable to install.
We 100% recommend this stove.

Only had the stove installed for a couple of days, lovely looking stove timeless look and easily operated with simple airflow dial and nice tight handle. The service from stove world was great from start to finish. The courier they used were also fantastic. Delivered when they said and even made the effort to move some stuff in the garage to fit the delivery in with no problem.

We are super happy with our yet to be installed purchase - it looks exactly as described and despite having an issue with the first unit that was delivered (there was a small area of paint that had chipped off on the side of the door), the company gave us a few options to consider and we opted to have a new unit delivered which was accommodated without hesitation, and delivered really quickly! So impressed with this stove. We have been wanting a log burner for a number of years and didn’t want the hassle of having to have our chimney lined so we put it off. When I come across bio-fuel stoves I made the purchase right away! It’s a perfect alternative having the real flame but no smoke and no mess to clean up after burning. The only disbenefit is the low heat output, but for us that isn’t an issue!

This stove is absolutely amazing. It looks stunning, burns well and keeps clear. It definitely feels warmer than other 5KW we have had before.
We had a slight issue with the first one delivered to us and Stove World sorted it out with no problems at all. I new one was shipped and the other collected at the same time. Fast, efficient and friendly. Will definitely buy our other stoves from here.

Firstly, the team at stove world were helpful in helping me choose everything required for the install. Delivery was very quick and everything arrived together as one pallet. Top marks for pre-sales.
Stove was installed a few weeks ago and just WOW. Fitter commented on how well built it was and easy to work with the liner and all accessories.
First few burns have been completed, and the stove kicks out more than enough heat for our room, the controls are really easy to use and control and not to mention how fantastic this stove looks. 10/10. My only regret is the black handle was out of stock at the time of ordering but nevertheless it looks amazing.

I was looking for an alternative to a much-desired wood burning stove as I didn't have the finances for an expensive undertaking in a new build. I came across Stove World UK. After reading up on the 'unique, highly realistic and efficient' bioethanol stoves, I invested in the Ecosy+ Hampton 5. What a fantastic purchase! I added a flue, wall ring and ceramic logs for the all-important authentic look. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. Every item was packaged extremely well. I love my stove and enjoy my evenings sat cosy with a good book or gripping drama on TV. Thank you, Stove World!

I bought the Rosette collar and magnetic fixing bolts along with the 90 degree bend bio flue to fit the Ecosy+ Hampton 5 Pure Bio Stove. The flue was 6 cms too short so I bought an extension and there was a small gap between the 5" flue and rosette collar so I lined the rosette with a self adhesive rubber seal. I am extremely happy with how it all looks. Thank you Stove World.

We changed our order from a log burner to amore suitable bio-ethanol fuelled stove on the advice of the installer.
