The blue Elk stove is the result of over 10 years of meticulous development by the Ecosy+ team, who have used all they have learned to design a durable workhorse of a stove. Its well-engineered body is built to last, while also remaining stylish and with a 5kw output. 

Design And Performance 

The blue Elk stove is an extremely efficient stove that will please any enthusiast while also being easy to use by beginners. It is easy to light, effortless to control, and exceptionally economical. Built for durability, its parts are robust and perfect for all-day use. The blue Elk has a traditional look, featuring beautiful brass fittings and thoughtful touches like a wooden air control handle, with the beautiful blue heat-resistant finish that adds a modern twist. The stove’s twin-body system draws in air and channels it over the fire, promoting efficient combustion and re-burning smoke for cleaner, longer-lasting heat. The baffle and air system combine to create a tumbling effect that can be seen in the videos. This is key to keeping heat in the chamber and pushed into the room.

Last but not least, the blue Elk boasts a unique clip-in single baffle design, a feature which is often overlooked but can greatly enhance everyday use. This innovation makes the stove far more forgiving than most, allowing for easier cleaning while minimizing the risk of smoke escaping when the door is opened. Crystal Clear Glass

The blue Elk includes an advanced pre-heated air-wash system. Air races up and over the stoves chamber, increasing in speed as it travels until it is unveiled and drops like a curtain over the stoves glass. This can be seen in action on the video attached at the start of this listing. This system is proven to be a very effective way of keeping the glass clean and clear of smoke stains, providing the wood burnt is well seasoned.

Heat Output Range

The blue Elk has a 5kw nominal output which can make installation a lot easier, as no air brick is required. However, it benefits from a 3.8kw to just under 7.3kw range, meaning this stove can be suitable for a large number of spaces from small to large.

Custom Finish

Adding a bold splash of colour and warmth to your home, this version is hand-finished by stove professionals here at Stove World UK. The entire unit is stripped and repainted using premium Calfire stove paint, renowned in the industry for its great-looking, highly durable finish. 10 Year Guarantee

This covers the stove's body and not the internal perishable parts like grates and fire bricks. Guarantee is activated when the stove is invoiced. 6 digit number on the top of each invoice is the warranty number. For stove to be covered it must be installed by a HETAS / OFTEC engineer or signed off by building control.

Stove Construction

The Elk is a hybrid stove and its body is constructed from quality Q235B carbon steel that has been chosen for its plasticity, toughness and weld-ability. The door is made from very thick mineral cast iron that helps retain the heat and slowly release it into the room. Having a cast iron door also enables us to add features like the shallow curves on the top and bottom. In addtion to this the grate is also made from thick mineral iron and the fittings are solid and finished in brass. The stove weighs a massive 140kg
