Hello Stoveworld,
Very impressed with the advice and service given. The stove delivered as promised and extremely well packed ensuring no damage on arrival. Fitted in fire place and looks fantastic. Having had previous stoves from main manufacturers at twice the price I can see no difference in build quality or cosmetic appearance.
Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Sorry for the delay in responding but it took some time to have the stove fitted - it is now in and I have been through the 'burning-in' process: the neighbors must think we are mad running a stove in August!
I couldn't be more pleased with our Ottawa stove. It lights easily and quickly gets to the stage where logs can be added. The air vents are responsive and makes management of the fire a breeze - pun intended

I literally couldn't be more pleased with our stove! We had it fitted by a qualified stove installation fitter who was really impressed with the quality (he hadn't heard of you before) and even more so about the cost! Our girls (dogs!) love it too and it's perfect for them to lie in front of after a hard day's beating! Very very happy customer!

Haven't fired it up yet... but - Service from Stove World was 1st Class, quick delivery and sorted out a customer service issue i caused without fuss :) - The stove - the quality of the unit is unbelievable considering the price. very happy so far.

I am very happy with my Ottawa 5kw. It is a fantastic stove and proves you don't need to spend a fortune to get a decent log burner. Some of the makes are 4 times as expensive and appear to be just as good as the Ottawa.
The service I received from Stoveworld UK was top notch and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a log burning stove.

Great Buy.
We brought the Ottawa for our new house as we needed a small stove to fit a small inglenook in a modern house. Having parted with a larger Morso stove from our previous house I had studied the reviews for some time before committing. Having the stove in now for a good month I have no regrets, the stove is a fabulous. Don't be put off by the affordable price, all previous reviews are bang on, you would be silly paying more for a similar spec stove.

Superb little burner.
Looks as good as it does in the pictures and the control knobs and door work very smoothly and give the feeling of good quality engineering.
Easy to light and looks great with the large glass. Heat output for the amount of fuel used is amazing.
Also seems to retain heat well when shut down and left overnight, only negative to this is that the glass goes black, but I'm sure this will happen with all burners!
Overall excellent, can highly recommend this stove, also easy to purchase and good website.

There's a limit to 1000' characters so ill condense my review. Calculations said we needed 8 kW. Installer suggested 5kW. He was right.
Stove world were brilliant Quick service with great quality fire. In reality Ottawa fire looks better than photos.follow the curing instructions. Buy a magnetic temp gauge and stove fan
I found that once lit 1 inch opening on top and bottom vents work well. This is great little fir with BIG Heat output.

Dear All,
Just to say thank you for the delivery of our woodcut ing stove. It has now been fitted and we have put it to good use many times. It works beautifully and looks good. The price was very reasonable, the website very comprehensible, and delivery efficient.

I have had my stove for a few months now and I am very pleased with it. Generally easy to light and very easy to control. Have had larger more expensive stoves in the past but I am equally pleased with this one. Service from Stove world excellent would definitely recommend them.
