When i bought this stove i was seriously sceptical on its quality due to the really low price. A friend of mine told me how he spent over £1200 on his stove, so i instantly doubted mine. I should never have doubted it! I have been burning large fires every day for the last 3months and the heat output is amazing! The glass stays crystal clear, and all 3 air vents work beautifully at controlling the burn. The styling suits my victorian terrace so well :) buy this stove!!

Very impressed with our Ottowa 7/8kw. Ordered online and received within 2 days. Fabulous ! We were lucky enough to get it fitted straight away, so from start to finish all done in just a week. Impressive! The price was impressive too . Had our first proper fire tonight and it was toasty, to say the least. Thanks Stoveworld , will definitely recommend you to friends and family

Bought my stove a few months ago but only had it installed last month. It’s a fab stove really easy to use and looks great. My stove fitter had never come across this brand before and couldn’t believe the price he was really impressed with it.

Sorry but we didn't buy ours from Stove World as we bought one privately that was only 6 month old. Nevertheless it is a great Burner and keeps the house lovely and warm. The one and only problem we have had was the glass fell out and broke. This is how I came across Stove World who I was delighted to see the extensive range of spare parts and have been able to get a replacement.

Highly recommend this stove and company. Stove delivered within 48 hours, extremely well packaged and fully warrants the £39.99 delivery charge. The stove looks amazing and the fitter was also complimentary of the quality of this stove. Great communication throughout from stoveworlduk. thanks so much.

Stove World UK were recommended by the fitter installing our wood burner. We were expecting to pay anything up to £1000 having looked at other websites and dealers, but Stove World were unbelievably good value in comparison. We ordered the Ottawa model. This was over 12 months ago and we are delighted with its performance. It heats up the living room very quickly, so much so we leave the living room door open and switch off the central heating as the heat warms the house. The stove arrived securely packaged on a pallet within two days. From start to finish StoveWorld were great to deal with and we have readily recommended them to friends and family. Five star value and five star service.

Bought this stove and recently had it installed. Stove world provided excellent service. Delivery was swift, just 2 days. Received a phone call to inform of imminent delivery. What a great buy this was. Myhome is warm throughout. The stove looks great on the hearth too. Thank you. Pete.

As a HETAS engineer, I can highly recommend this stove. I've fitted a few (first installation being 2 years ago now) with no complaints or issues at all. Customer service at Stove World UK is second to none. The stove arrives quickly and it is perfectly contained and protected. Excellent company to deal with and I recommend them to all my customers.

I purchased a 7 K watt ottawa stove and was very pleased when it was delivered within 48 hours and it was packaged well and it appears just as good as stoves we viewed that would of cost around £1200. I would recommend buying a stove from this company to anyone looking to buy a stove. The customer service is great and I was surprised to have the stove delivered within 48 hours with it being so close to christmas.
