Good service,had this stove 1 year now.
Very efficient stove and produces lots of heat. I burn wood the vast majority of the time and I found that if I take the grate out it burns a thousand times better compared to burning wood on top of the grate, I was initially having problems getting the wood burning, I even opened the patio doors for maximum oxygen and opened vents fully and it still struggled.
For the money I don't think this stove can be beaten.

Sorry the picture isn't the best but we are still decorating, delivery was great, fire was installed the day after, early signs are great easy to use amazing heat output and when you get to grips with the damper settings then the feeling / duration of burning wood etc is fantastic, top quality product and not just an eye piece but cosy effective easy to use and amazing value of a top product that of compared to other stove companies. We were quoted by a stove company to install a comparison fire without the stone hearth and the estimate was £2,200.00 the total installation of the photo contents by a qualified installer was £940.00 the main reason being that of the cost of the stove from yourselves. Thanks again and we're really happy

I had this stove delivered to the Republic of Ireland at the start of December from start to finish stove world provided an excellent service.this is a fantastic stove for the price definitely money well spent

We are very happy with this stove. I was really sceptical because it was so cheap, but it seems to be a great deal for the money. It is of robust construction and meets all the requirements, with the correct kite mark etc. Our installer was impressed by it too. The service from Stoveworld UK was really good. When I placed the order the stove was out of stock (which was clear from the website). I was kept up to date on delivery dates and assured the stove would be with us ahead of my scheduled installation date. It arrived with plenty of time as promised. If I had to make any criticism it was that delivery was made by one person only who could not take teh stove any further than the house door, two person delivery would be better. Overall a great stove for the money, would definitely buy again.

I was contacted as soon as it was in stock and delivered on the day I wanted, helpful delivery man. one thing is it doesn't have a separate door for the ash tray, it fits under the grate very well but is difficult to get to any ash that overflows, and the pan isn't overly large. Airwash vent tight but should ease.
The fire was fitted on October 12 2015 been following instructions. Yesterday(25th) first burn with Homefire coal and logs. 2 split logs and 8 Homefire brickettes at 6pm room 22 deg all evening fire still warm this morning and fan still rotating, brilliant, so impressed. Might be cheap, but in this case you get more than you pay for, apart from my Labrador eating the glove!

Very happy with my new stove thank you. My installer found it easy to fit and was surprised at how well made it was for the money. Have only done a quick kindling light as lovely warm weather but all looked good and no prob with the lighting. I would recommend this stove to my family and friends

Brilliant steel made stove. Can\'t be beaten at this price. Ordered on a Wednesday came on the Friday!! Very well packaged and build quality looks excellent, working faultlessly so far. Stove world very helpful on phone. Ottawa + 7-8 kw.
