WOW - Very Impressed with 5KW Curve and the service we received from Stove World
We did plenty of research both locally and on-line and believe we have made the best decision using SW. Guess if you are buying from a showroom or a fitter they need to make their mark up, decided to go direct and save some cash – there is absolutely nothing cheap about the quality of the curve, it weighs around 80KG and is very sturdy, the door opening is smooth and precise, the window is huge!
Wasn't sure if we should go for the Ottawa or Curve (also considered the 7KW versions) both look great. 7KW would have probably been a bit too big for our opening of 23”. In the end went for the more simplistic modern look of the 5KW Curve.
Ordered on the Mon and it was delivered Wed afternoon, got emails to keep us up to date. Packaging was first class, carefully wrapped on a pallet. We also ordered the installation parts (Flue liner, bends & Cowl).

Bought the 10 - 12 kw Ottawa Curve..........best looking stove bar none.....delivered to the door,the driver was a big help getting it in. Fitted by a Hetas guy who did a great job using the rear 6" flue. Just a couple of wee burns today but looks as if it will do the business. Only one quibble, it is advertised as designed by Ecosy in the UK although it is made in China. The instructions that come with it are not for this particular stove, which does warrant its own. The Hetas guy was impressed with it and he ran me through the controls while watching the effects of each control on the flames.Looking forward to the winter now!!

Bought this stove in March and am extremely pleased with it.installed into a Victorian style fireplace it stands proud using the rear flue,is very easy to light and once up and running so to speak burns a single log in around an hour.Easy to control and bangs out the heat so well that we leave the lounge door open and partially heat upstairs as well.All in all an excellent stove.

Brilliant service and great company to deal with. I ordered my stove late Saturday evening and it got delivered weds morning.
I had to email to change my telephone number on the invoice, this was not a problem and the Delivery driver called half an hour before delivering the stove, it's a very heavy item and I would have been able to move it myself but this was not an issue for the helpful deliver driver, who brought it directly into my house for me.
Overall this was a very easy and helpful company to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Bought an Ottawa 5kw multi fuel burner from Stoveworld. Looks like very good value for money as its solid and does the job and looks the business. You can pay much more for the same effect and performance. I suppose only time will tell but I fully expect the stove to last. On top of this delivery was within two days of the order. Very impressed.
