Fabulous service and arrived in perfect condition, it arrived so well packed I can’t see how it would have got damaged, which makes a nice change. Can’t review my stove as we are going through a heatwave so probably won’t use it for a few months yet. Definitely use this company again.

Having been promising ourselves another stove after we moved house we finally opted for the Ecosy Newburn. It was mainly for its compact size and the location we were fitting it.
It arrived well packaged on the pallet, and delivery guy did his best to get it as near to final location as possible.
It’s been in about a week now, and very happy with how it performs having come from using a much older Hunter stove.
Very easy to get fired and up to temperature, stays clean compared to older type stoves.
Biggest positive, the wife has not complained about being cold since it was fitted.
Just had the stove fitted and we love it. We replaced an old gas fire which was getting very expensive to run. This throws out some serious heat for a small fire and is lovely to look at. Great quality and amazing value.
The Newburn 5 is a great looking stove and up to date with all the 2022 spec very well made and a 5 year guarantee would definitely recommend this product and Stoveworld for great service and delivery.
The packaging was fantastic no way would you get any damage
