I received the stove burner last week in our very chilly bungalow and am delighted with how it looks and the warmth it emits (looks so realisti) as well as the quality, it's quite heavy and really looks the part. We opted for the extras of black handle, ceramic logs and a flue and are delighted at how easy it was to fit and fill the fire with a view to taking the chill off our room. I took delivery of my Hampton 5 Pure Bio Stove today what can I say ,I am so pleased with the look and I was surprised how much heat it gives out ,Well worth the money .
Stove arrived securely and was packed with care, superb first impression!!
Only used the stove once to see what it was like, as we are getting its ‘forever home’ built.
Simple to use and gives out a great deal of heat, looking forward to the winter.
This has been a fantastic purchase. The stove looks great in our new house and is of very good quality. The stove produces a very nice flame and heats up the living room nicely.
i love my new Bio Stove - the only grumble i have is that i couldnt see anywhere on the instructions that says if you spill any of the liquid onto the outside black area it will stain so the first time using it i did drip some which i now cant remove.(might be me not reading it properly!) saying that i still love my new fire and the delivery, customer service etc was good. i just need to get our flue cut down and its complete!
Excellent stove, looks quality, heats the room really well, much better than expected, the room actually gets too hot! Great purchase and alternative to a wood burner.
After building an extension with a seating area next to the chimney breast, my plan was a wood burning stove. A £6k quote, a promise of a dirty great liner being pulled out past my new plaster work and scaffold for a chimney pot replacement soon put paid to that idea. Realised we didn’t need anything to heat as underfloor heating was sufficient, still wanted something in the hearth. Looked at electric stoves, all sorts, then found this, it took me years of searching!! It’s bloody brilliant, I love it. It does get quite toasty too, so the floor is now switched off and when we need a bit of heat we fill this up, at least you know how much fuel/money you’re burning. It looks amazing, I did buy the flue thing even though it’s not needed, it looks a bit strange without one. I also bought the brass handle which I think looks nicer the the wood one it came with. Delivery and comms were very good too. Wish I’d bought the ceramic log things too. Can’t recommend highly enough if I’m honest.

1930's semi which is not greatly insulated, it heats
up our Kitchen diner 4m2 by 7m2 area very nicely.
