Very happy with my new stove. Throws out a lot of heat and looks very good on the hearth. The staff at Stove World were very helpful and quick to reply to my queries. Perfect for a house without a chimney.
Delivery guy was lovely and helped me get it into the house. It is heavy at 40kg but I managed to get in place myself without too much of a struggle.
Really love the fire,it gives out much more heat than expected, quick efficient delivery.
A little disappointed with the lack of response to an email asking a question regarding the flue I also purchased with the fire.
Just what I was looking for. Very well built and finished. Test burn 2.5 hours on 500mls of bioethanol. Silent in operation and no odour. Much hotter than I had expected. Lovely flames, then I nodded off! Just right. Great price, fast delivery, all good, thanks!
An excellent well built fire. More solid and authentic to a stove than more expensive options available from other companies. Delivery was quick and the fire was extremely well packaged. I would recommend this fire to anyone who is wanting the look of a stove without the expense/hassle/unsuitability of a wood burner. Just wanted to add that I feel it is unfair to consider bioethanol as just a compromise. I have used bioethanol fires for a couple of years. They look great and give off a surprising amount of heat.
Excellent bioethanol fire. Quick delivery and very well packaged so as to protect the fire during transportation. Even better looking in the flesh and well built. The price was cheaper than some flimsy made alternatives offered by other companies.
We opted for a bio stove as it was much easier than opening up our chimney for a wood burner and with the current fuel prices seemed a good alternative. Highly recommend this stove, it looks and feels like a wood burner and the heat output for our lounge was amazing, on chilly evenings when we only need to heat the lounge it'll definitely be a suitable alternative to the central heating, Very easy to set up and use. The service from Stove world was great, delivery was on the day I requested and the driver was really helpful.
