Really well made stove, quite substantial and very heavy. Purchased to replace a previous stove that we'd had for donkey's years and which we were very sorry to lose. However, we are very pleased with the look and quality of this one and hope that it will actually be more fuel efficient. Arrived very quickly although I think a choice of actual delivery dates available would be beneficial.
Fantastic price. Fast delivery (2 days) Kept well informed throughout. Fire arrived well packaged with no damage. Lots of information given about both fire and delivery. Cant fault. Cant rate fire as not installed yet. Would definately use again
Fast delivery, well packaged to prevent damage, delivery accommodated restricted access. Instructions that came with it are generic stove ones, although a specific set of instructions for this stove exists online!. Stove itself is nicely made (in China surprisingly) and appears to be quite well thought out. It hasn't been connected and therefore my following comments are from a long term stove user perspective only. It would have been nice to have a direct air supply option, I will arrange direct supply ducts adjacent to the two intakes on the underside myself so as to minimise room draughts. Cleaning out of what appears to be an air flow area under the ash pan looks like it could be a faff as there is a lip at the front. This could be better thought out. Otherwise a nice design, with fins on the boiler cross tube to help efficiency.
Had this since January 2019 and cannot believe what a difference it's made! We have a large 4 bedroom stone walled house with 6 radiators (need to add more) which this stove heats without a problem. If you have a large property and good supply of fuel then this if the appliance you should buy. Highly recommended!
As a follow up to this, after a few weeks of using it - the stove has now settled in and is even better. It meets and passes all expectations. So glad that we found this stove.
Purchased this 30kw stove from Stove World in March and now only just had it installed due to Covid. It is everything that it said on the tin and what was promised! We have a large 4 bedroom house and it heats all of the radiators. The only negative comment I would make it that the controls mostly need to stay on open and yes the wood is seasoned. Stove World's customer serviced was exemplary, friendly and professional. I am a very happy and warm customer. Thank you Stove World UK!

This stove is absolutely amazing. We had a 12kw boiler stove in place before and it was inadequate for our large 4 bedroom property so we replaced it with the Ottawa 30kw and have found that it is easily able to heat the house. Be prepared though as you will need a good source of dry wood/coal. Excellent *****
We’ve had this stove just under 2 years inthatvtime it has worked very well heating our 3 bedroom cottage effectively. The construction is great with easily controlled burning. The initial outlay including the flue and installation have already been returned as we’ve not had to buy heating oil for the 2nd winter in a row and it looks like it could be a third year before another fill. So all in all it has paid for itself already
Great stove, amazing value, very economical. This was delivered to us on our mountain top in Italy, the first one was dropped by the incompetant Italian delivery driver we refused delivery and Coseyfire sent us a replacement straight away so 10/10 for service. Thank you.
