Ordering was quick and easy and when I called up to query changing my order the person was really helpful. They also sorted out making sure it was delivered on time even though I had left it a bit late. The stove is lovely and the slimline design really works in my room which doesn’t have a fireplace. I’m loving the toasty evenings sat watching the flames!

Amazing Stove!! Great look, very efficient and very reasonably priced.
These guys offer a fantastic service from start to finish!!! Needed help and advice and they were more than happy to help.
Had a small issue through the transaction and Kelly was very quick to respond and deal with it.
Can't fault anything about the products, service or after care.

What a fantastic fire, bought it with the optional straight 500mm flue, fitting the blanking plate collar and flue although easy to work out there were no actual instructions, should they be needed, that said had it in my prepared fireplace in no time and looks great lit, very effective, lasted 3hrs with a decent heat given off, definitely recommend

Easy website to chose the right fire for my house. Plenty of choice too. Fire was delivered on the day I wanted (scaffolding team was here to move the fire inside the house). Very happy with process and the fire now it's installed and working.
