excellent stove, looks great, easy to light, burns really well, gives out a lot of heat, love the big window for watching the fire and airwash system keeps it really clear. very happy with purchase

Couldn’t be happier with our stove. We took advice from our installer and we’re so glad we did. Ordering was easy and received regular communication about our order.
Stove arrived safely, on time and in excellent condition.

Couldn't get any spares for our old stove and it eventually failed. Ordered this one as a replacement and so far we have been delighted with the heat output from it. Stove was delivered on the day I had arranged during the recent cold snap. It's in quite a large room in north Scotland and is keeping us very warm. Also delighted with the efficiency as it is using less than half the amount of logs with a greater heat output.

Was expecting a bespoke kit but it wasn't suitable for my fire even though it should be, and it came with no instructions. On the plus side Stoveworld were able to email me detail about what to do and sent me additional rope so I had enough. I do feel though that if you sell a kit for specific fires it should do what 'it says on the tin'.
