I am writing this review to acknowledge all stages
of my experience with stove world ,
First the swift reply’s and updates on stove availability and distribution, second the prompt delivery of third party courier, third the attention to detail in how the stove was packed and protected for its journey,
Fourth on unpacking the stove the instant confirmation that this is exceptionally well made and please stove world pass that onto the makers , and lastly the clear instructions provided and the simplicity of the stove’s functions it’s a joy to behold.
Thank you again all at stove world and those involved in the process we are over joyed and look forward to years of enjoying our fire

Ordered stove online and was delivered promptly and when stated. Absolutely delighted with the service and just as importantly the quality and efficiency/burning of the stove. We have 5 stoves in different properties and this definitely beats them all. Great price also.

First one I've fitted and a good solid stove with excellent controlability. Looks the part in a larger room and gives loads of heat

The stove is perfect- just what we’ve been dreaming of! Highly recommended!
Delivery however, was a little challenging - the delivery driver would only bring the half pallet (that the heavy stove needs to be delivered on) to the step at the boundary of my property.
The stove had to sit on the public footpath for an hour until I could arrange for a friend to give me a lift to bring it into my front garden. Thankfully my stove installer was able to call in that afternoon and help bring the stove indoors!

Stoveworld we’re fantastic with the shipping and couldn’t be happier with the stove good size fire box, vents are easy to control and it’s easy to clean . My staircase is open in the living room and after burning wood for around 3 hours the stove heated the downstairs to 21 degrees and the upstairs to around 17-18

Very Happy with our purchase excellent service and great woodburner and looks amazing thankyou
Only thing I would say is the delivery was dropped on our driveway on a pallet so had to get people to help me bring into the house as very heavy, shame theres no option to get delivered inside where we wanted it (but this was clearly mentioned on purchase)

We received this oven and it is amazing. Perfect size for our garden. Also something was missing from the delivery and Stoveworld sent it out first class the next day. Fantastic service

The team at Stove world were great. We ordered the stove and it was delivered within about five working days. The guy who delivered helped me to carry it into the house. The burner was installed and we have found it easy to use.
