A really lovely stove. This stove looks great and gives out a good amount of heat. It's far more efficient that our previous stove saving us money on logs. It was delivered as expected, courier brought it to the door and was exactly as described. Overall we couldn't be happier.

Great experience, ordered online with no problems, delivered on time and the delivery guy was extremely helpful and friendly.
Once the fire was fitted it looked brilliant.

ordered this part on the detailed measurements on your website in the hope it would be the right baffle as we inherited the fire & was unsure of its make. Absolutely spot on, fitted a treat, delivery was really quick & the dogs happy now thee fires up & running! thank you

This is a beautiful stove which arrived very quickly and securely package. Has a substantial presence, favourably commented on by everyone who has seen it. We had it installed in a large log cabin and it heats the space perfectly. The stand raises it up and brings it to eye level when seated and it is easier to put in the logs at that hight. The air wash system does what it promises and keeps the glass clean and has the added benefit of making the flames dance beautifully! Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and multi fuel burner.

This little thing punches way above its weight. I've used it for 3 or 4 years now and like it more and more. It kicks out loads of heat, is very sensitive to its controls, keeps the glass clean pretty well, and never seems to let smoke out into the room either when lighting it or when adding fuel. Nothing has broken or fallen off, and it still looks good - other than some cosmetic damage to the glass from using damp fuel (my fault).

Very pleased with purchase of this wood burner and with the speediness of delivery. It gives out a wonderful heat and is so pleasing to look at. I would recommend this burner to anyone who just burns wood.
