Nice stove works well and we'll packaged. Delivery was not so good, lorry came without tail lift so the stove had to be lifted off by hand. My partner who was working from home waiting for the delivery was not strong enough so I had to come home from work at short notice to help lift it off which wasn't that safe. Can't fault the driver though he was very helpful and apologetic.

Bought one of these for my stove at home is a good quality design and works fantastic so good that i bought one for my friends stove for christmas as they wanted one.

stove world gave me a fantastic service from start to finish ,extremely helpful with my enquiries,delivery was hassle free and the stove looks fantastic.just waiting for it to be fitted.pleased i bought from stove world saved me a small fortune,thanks to everyone involved

This is the second wood burning stove from Stove World and I have found the product and customer service to be excellent. The telephone staff are knowledgeable and most helpful.

Ordered some items to service our stove after 2 years use. We received great service. Goods arrived promptly and they were kind enough to add to order at last minute.
