Lovely fire, delivered on time and good communication re stock. Also initially ordered a stove that was too wide and got refunded straightaway.
Fire is a good size, pumps out a good amount of heat. Heats the living room and dining room. Strangely the heat doesn't rise upstairs even though we are open plan. Heavy heat somehow! Wood is more expensive than I thought. One log from B&Q bag lasts about an hour.
Beautiful to watch and love the occasional smell of woodsmoke. Good solid cast iron build - husband was a welder and he's happy with it. Gets super hot on top. Haven't tried cooking on it yet but I will...

Great service and price points, had carried out so much research on buying a wood burner and these guys came up trumps hands down.

Love it, Does exactly as they say. Great to have control of the flames, big glass front is great and stays clear so we can enjoy seeing the flames. Used rear flue connection, great draw on this. Very pleased with Stoveworld, helpful on phone.

We found Stove world while searching for a stove online. We looked at the reviews and decided we'd take a chance - absolutely thrilled that we did!
Simple purchasing process and were also able to use a payment plan (which is really helpful). We booked shipping, choosing a preferred day for delivery, even though they couldn't guarantee it, they would try.
The stove arrived, sealed and packaged on a pallet, on the chosen day after recieving tracking updates. Unwrapped it and the stove looked great!
We lit the fire and have used it every night since. It takes good sized logs with phenomenal heat!
The heat from it is phenomenal! Thanks for a fab fire and super service!!
