I’m so impressed with this company, I called to clarify delivery times before ordering, I got through easily and spoke to a really helpful chap who answered all my questions. Communication was great I was informed when the log burner was in stock and when it would be delivered. The product itself is beautiful and well made. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

I was initally annoyed that I couldn't pre order the stove whilst they were waiting for more stock to arrive and was told to keep an eye on the website and to order when it became available again. This was annoying as it meant having to check daily, to ensure I managed to get one before they sold out again. That aside, the stove showed up on a pallet, very well packed with good communication regarding shipping times etc. The stove is very nicely put together and looks very good quality and value for money. It has not been installed yet, so can't comment regarding how well it operates yet. I ordered the chimney extension box option that goes on the back, meaning the entire top of the stove is clear and allows the chimney to run closer to the wall. I also bought the teardrop shaped tinted glass hearth. Looking forward to getting it in action.

First of all, the stove was delivered quickly, well packaged and on a small pallet that meant I could get it inside my garden and into the house on my own.
The stove itself is easy to put together and move into position.
When lit it produces a nice heat, not too hot for our home. It has a fairly small burning area so make sure logs aren't too big or chop them down. Lights quickly and all controls are easy to use.
Yes, the handle opens across the glass but I use the free heat glove we got with the stove which keeps me safe.
The ash pan is small and when removing it causes the grate to empty into the space. This is a pain but a long handled kitchen spoon handle gets into the hard to reach corners to clear them out. There is enough space under for me to vacuum and clear any ash that fals through.
Overall very pleased for an excellent price, DEFRA approved and clear skies means you burn though wood etc quicker but less pollution released

We've not installed the fire yet, but it looks great and the company were fantastic to deal with. The first stove arrived damaged (these things happen), I contacted StoveWorld and a date for replacement had been arranged within an hour and the stove swapped within 48 hours. Amazing service. I would recommend Stove World

Absolutely love my stove! When I ordered it it was out of stock, so was not not expecting to receive it this side of Christmas based on other websites I’ve looked at, but was delighted to get a call to say they were back in stock and I received minea week after ordering. Delivery was straightforward and the delivery guy was friendly. As for the wood burner, it is just what I hoped for, it gives a great effect and does give off enough heat to take the chill out the room. Looks beautiful too. Thoroughly recommend the product and the company.

Couldn’t be happier with our new stove. From the price, ease of ordering and receiving it 7 days later. Looks perfect in our home and is giving out lots of heat. Still not put on the central heating! Thanks again stove world.
