These logs are perfect. We have 1 Infront of the bioethanol opening, and 2 staggered behind. It does not interrupt access nor use of the bio wood burner and makes the fire most believable.

Delivery was very fast, good communications along the way, can’t fault. Came extremely well packed on a pallet. Haven’t used yet, it’s currently outside starting to weather already it looks great! Excited to fire it up when weather permits.

Really pleased with this hearth - it replaced a glass one that had spontaneously exploded. It arrived very quickly and looks really smart. We are very pleased with it! Highly recommend.

I am over the moon with my new fire. I have had my eye on it a while and decided to go for it. The price is a little more than your typical biogires but it's justified in its quality. It looks and feels like a proper log burner. It has a heavy weight to it and the cast iron door makes it. The false flute adds that extra special touch. Much cheaper than having a log burner installed with real flame benefit! I am already thinking of getting another. Delivery was quick.
If you are contemplating- get it! You won't regret it

the Ottawa 21kw we have is now 3 years old i agree the ash pan didn't last long but replacements and glass are easily sourced 12 radiators took a while to figure out size of stove rope right price cheers stoveworld

If you want the water and radiators to get over 40c you'll need to take the two side fire bricks out. Don't do what I did by having two plumbers and a fitter out until I realised. The only problem with doing this is the log guard now doesn't fit but I'm sure I can modify it somehow.
The stove looks better than all other boiler stoves i've seen however I don't know if the efficiency to the water is as good as the less modern styles.
Heats 7 radiators and water tank no problem. Overall very happy. Stove world very helpful as well.

Such a good stove.. Great flame and gives out some serious heat. Much more than we thought a bio stove would! Heavy unit and looks built well
