We ordered all the items required to install our new wood burning stove, all items were perfect and we are now up and running, definitely use Stoveworld again. Would say say that the online ordering experience was a bit anxious as in my opinion it did not flow that well and if I had not been needing the order I would have purchased elsewhere but glad I didn’t

My stove was delivered on the day that I requested. Arrived on pallet with protective wooden frame and plastic installation. Checked stove and all intact.
Great service throughout, Stove World is definitely a 5 star supplier of competitively priced wood burning stoves, highly recommended. Thank you.

We received our stove today and we are very pleased with it. The service and communication were amazing! The delivery driver was also very helpful. I can't wait to have it installed .

Nice wide stove with a big glass front that gives off plenty heat for our open plan downstairs

Fantastic little stove, looks great and gives off a massive amount of heat for its size. Credit to the delivery guy who single handedly carried it up stairs into my house . Was contacted by stove world to arrange delivery and maybe the single man only kerbside delivery should have been mentioned .

I bought this stove in particular for my small and oddly shaped fire recess; also because it is DEFRA approved and eco-ready.
It is disappointing. The gap at the back means that, even with the dampers fully closed, air roars through using coal and wood at a much faster rate than my of my previous stoves.
As one of the reviewers mentioned previously, the handle turns over the hot glass and most certainly is not cool to the touch.
The gap to get ash out is VERY low, and trying to get ash from underneath the fire where it falls through the air gap is almost impossible in my particular circumstances.
The fire looks nice, but, without the dampers open widely, the glass gets filled with soot very quickly.
However, it fits my space and warms the room, but I wouldn’t recommend it. You get what you pay for I suppose, but I am disappointed that this is sold as an ecologically friendly fire which I don’t believe it to be.

Great Service, easy order process and easy to contact to add additional parts to the order. Not had the Stove fitted yet, just in the process of having that done. But all good so far.
