Re the Ottawa 5kw, firstly I have waited till the stove was installed and operating, the delivery process was very efficient, well packaged and protected. The stove is just what we were looking for, compact, easy to use and delivers on heat output, a little confusion on the instructions regarding air inlets, confusion on the top control. Never less, cracking little unit which, despite it being June has already been pumping out some heat

We opted for a bio stove as it was much easier than opening up our chimney for a wood burner and with the current fuel prices seemed a good alternative. Highly recommend this stove, it looks and feels like a wood burner and the heat output for our lounge was amazing, on chilly evenings when we only need to heat the lounge it'll definitely be a suitable alternative to the central heating, Very easy to set up and use. The service from Stove world was great, delivery was on the day I requested and the driver was really helpful.
