The stove was delivered on time and installation was wholly straightforward. I have only done one full firing since initial curing, but first impressions are that it is a brilliant stove. The door glass stays very clean even on a slow burn and the heat output and burn duration from a modest amount of fuel is impressive. I also love the timeless, minimalist design. Looking forward to the winter.

Delivered in good condition as arranged. Looks very nice. I will be installing it over the summer months ready for next winter.

We have just taken delivery of our new stove and installed it today. I cannot explain how gorgeous this stove is and how perfect it looks in our home. I had look at stoves for months in showrooms and was a bit apprehensive about ordering without actually seeing it in person. I need not have worried as this is the best stove I have ever seen. Stove world itself has been so good, as soon as this stove was back in stock I had a phone call to arrange delivery. I would 100% recommended both the company and this stove.

I called Stove World a couple of times for advice prior to the purchase. Fantastic service, fast delivery and we are really pleased with the quality of this surround. Cheapest by a mile, would definitely recommend.

Great product great service with the delivery coming earlier than expected which was fantastic. Great customer service and communication and tracking of delivery was excellent. A company that puts customers and products first.

Delivery was exactly as promised and the stove looks good. It is to replace a Stovax Stockton 4 which has given 20 years reliable service. I will post an update once the new stove is up and running.

After researching wood burners, this one was selected due to the fab reviews and price.
Ordering so easy, deliver was fab, a Cuban delivery driver who was so helpful and placed the stove in my garage.
Please watch a few vid’s on YOUTUBE, I have mastered the stove easily after educating myself this way. Novis stove owner.
This stove is brilliant, burns great too. Looks stylish and simple.
Had this installed in a cold extensions which leads off from my kitchen.
Stove was installed 28/4/22, not spent a night in my lounge and this blasts out such wonderful heat we can’t leave the room. The flames are magical.
Heats the whole of my downstairs.
Don’t hesitate to buy this stove, price wise it’s a no brainer.
