The item was delivered by ParcelForce. the package was partly open and on investigation the inspection hatch cover was missing. The driver had a quick look in his van but couldn't locate it. I phone customer services and got a replacement the next working day. Great service, thank you

We love our new stove, Stoveworld were recommended to us by the installers - we changed from an open fireplace and it was a fab decision. Cleaner and easier to get started and it looks wonderful in the new space created. The heat output is much better than the old fire. Installation was very simple and we are extremely happy. Highly recommend.

We haven't installed this stove yet, so I am unable to comment on performance, but first impressions are very good. The package was delivered in good time. Arrived on a small pallet and wrapped very well indeed. The build looks good so far. Hoping to change the flu and start using it later in the year, so may leave further comments when the winter arrives.

Fab stove - absolute centrepiece can’t wait to finish the rest of the room now!!
As novices this burner is perfect. Not too fancy, wide open glass to view and a real stunner.

Best stove ever. Heats up our big barn living room a treat. We have two stove top fans which help move heat around. Highly recommend.
