Really high quailty product looks fantastic working, lifting it put my gym membership to the test. Theres only two negatives its incredibly hot, it heats are 20sqm lounge to 21 degrees ( it's 1900 terrace) so we need to make the fire surround heat proof as the plaster is hot to touch now. The second is the alcohol if splashed or spilled rubs off the paint on the wall inside this does make sense though it's basically white sprites on steroids. Really lovely peice of kit though would recommend.

This stove is absolutely lovely. Really pleased with it and would definitley recommend. Staff are extremely helpful too. Great product and 1st class service.

Bought a log bench for our new log burner, product arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The bench is very well made and look forward to having it in place.

Superb quality, very heavy and sturdy and amazed how much heat the bio ethanol generates. Very pleased.

We love our new fireplace. We had seen it in a store before so knew what we were getting and this is the best price out there I believe. There was a chip out of one side unfortunately but Stoveworld dealt with it quickly and to our satisfaction. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service. I ordered one stove and then changed my mind and wanted to order two. I rang customer services and they arranged for both stoves to be delivered together. Great service and I’m really happy with the stoves too!

So so happy with my purchase !
Well worth the money !
Chucks out so much heat.
Takes 14” logs with ease.
Burns very efficiently, logs last ages.
I’m glad stoveworld was recommended to me.
Going from a 4kw to a 7kw the difference is immense.
Delivery driver was brilliant !
