I have had my fire for over a month but only had it fitted last week, very pleased with everything from a prompt delivery to the look and performance of the fire.
Our installation was carried out by Baden and his team from Adena Fires in Tonbridge Kent, constructing a false chimney breast and a twin wall flue up the outside wall.
As a woodburner novice I did struggle with initial lighting and had smoke billowing out of the door and back air Intake but after talking to the fitter he said to open a window for a few minutes to allow more draught in the room which would allow the heat to be pushed up the flue to build up the heat, once the flue thermometer had reach a good temperature put on a log and away she went.
We are still at the tempering stage so only small fires lasting an hour ish.
Totally recommend the fire, stoveworlduk.co.uk and Adena Fires.

Dog ran into our fire guard which shattered our glass 3 days before Christmas. Paid the postage but didn’t have much hope in getting in time with current courier services taking longer than normal so partner drive down, collected the piece and fitted it the next day. Very happy with product and even getting reimbursed the delivery cost. Fantastic service, thank you for enabling us to collect.

Installed this stove just before the colder weather came in and it is brilliant.
Airwash works a treat and keeps the glass nice and clean.
You have great control of the burn rate in comparison with the more expensive stoves that I have used in the past.
Customer service and Delivery were excellent - well packaged and on time with quick responses with any queries that I had.
Would recommend this company and will use again.

It's ok....not as effective as the Hamlet stove we had previously and disappointing to have paint come off by the handle (despite being v careful to cure the paint with initial firings) and it not be part of the warranty. The best thing is the wide viewing glass.

Brought to replace my old multi fuel stove this is slightly smaller than my old one but it puts out as much heat or a little more heat
also cheaper to use . A great stove and great service from stove world I ask for a certain delivery day and were emailed with the date I requested I'd certainly recommend this company I'm 100% please with my new stove and the service from stove world

I was a little apprehensive about buying a log burner made from plate steel and not cast iron but was not disappointed with this burner. It looks classy, is very well made and performs better than expected. The heat output can be easily controlled for maximum efficiency and it heated our living room in no time at all. Stoveworld were professional to deal with and delivery was on the day which I requested. I cant fault the service or product at all...well done and thank you

This is an excellent stove, well made and tidy in design and style. The general design is good and solid, and parts are well engineered, my only caveat is the ash pan, this is likely to slice your fingers open as the edges were positively dangerous, unfiled sheet metal with shearing swarf still attached! I had to file the edges on mine to make it safe
Fitting was more difficult than anticipated and lack of technical description and guidance in the instructions was disappointing, the advice that the flue can be connected from inside the fire is un- realistic and the fire cannot be mechanically fixed to the cavity. The product is overall a good one, and works well, the lack of technical detail and attention to small details was disappointing
