Very good bends my fireplace opening was quite restricted and was unable to position the wood burner in the correct position with the straight pipe. I used two bends and it made the job easy and the wood burner conforms to all the required regulations.also great service from stove world.

Very pleased with price, delivery and aftersales. Delivery recieved with damaged flue pipe, Stove world informed and it was sorted next day. Stove in and working as good as description. Very Pleased

This isn't installed yet but the service from this company is superb. The stove I originally ordered was out of stock and I was offered the Ecosy+ Snug 7 to 10kw
It was delivered on time and is going to look stunning in my newly renovated home.

Wow,what a great wood burning stove .I was let down by two heatas engineers and also offered some ridiculous quotes by others. So I did a lot of research and decided to do a self installation also informed my local council but they haven’t got back to me.so I carried on regardless this was a big job for me so I did it in stages as I am in my sixty’s and have health issues I followed all the rules and regulations and have documented each stage of the work involved. And now I have a lovely wood burning stove installed and this stove really does throw out the heat it’s very easy to light and clean and very good on fuel. And is a lot cheaper than running the central heating I even boil a kettle on it.it’s a winner also must mention the great service and information from stove world a very good professional company and the only one I will use. I was quite happy to pay for this installation but have saved my self a lot of money.

Having been promising ourselves another stove after we moved house we finally opted for the Ecosy Newburn. It was mainly for its compact size and the location we were fitting it.
It arrived well packaged on the pallet, and delivery guy did his best to get it as near to final location as possible.
It’s been in about a week now, and very happy with how it performs having come from using a much older Hunter stove.
Very easy to get fired and up to temperature, stays clean compared to older type stoves.
Biggest positive, the wife has not complained about being cold since it was fitted.

First class service from the company. The Panoramic wood stove is beautiful and very efficient. Highly recommend this as it’s all about the view through the large glass screen.

Bought as an early Christmas present and has been installed for over a week, very impressed with the look and the heat it give out is fantastic. It has been a great investment as ithas given us the conservatory back for the winter.

Fast delivery, well packaged to prevent damage, delivery accommodated restricted access. Instructions that came with it are generic stove ones, although a specific set of instructions for this stove exists online!. Stove itself is nicely made (in China surprisingly) and appears to be quite well thought out. It hasn't been connected and therefore my following comments are from a long term stove user perspective only. It would have been nice to have a direct air supply option, I will arrange direct supply ducts adjacent to the two intakes on the underside myself so as to minimise room draughts. Cleaning out of what appears to be an air flow area under the ash pan looks like it could be a faff as there is a lip at the front. This could be better thought out. Otherwise a nice design, with fins on the boiler cross tube to help efficiency.

Bought this stove from you just the other week, from start to finish what a great experience. Fantastic staff so helpful and knowledgeable about their products, i live in Ireland and the stove was with me in just 5 days totally amazing. As for the stove itself what a gem, so cosy without overheating the room, fantastic view of the flames and so controllable and economical absolutely brilliant
