Ummed and ahhed about buying this as not cheap but so pleased I did go for it in the end as really happy with everything about it - speedy delivery and very well packed and most importantly it’s a well made product. I’m only using it to elevate an electric log burner but nice to know in future it could easily hold up a real one! So much better to have the heater up higher off the floor -not only to look at but for pushing heat out into space… Have ordered some decorative fine sawn full round silver birch logs to go in opening to finish it off.

Was disappointed to receive the Ram Skull log holder to find it only weighs 3.8 kg, not 9+ kg as advertised, which puts it squarely back in the "most other comparable log holders" category referred to on the product webpage, which don't cost as much as this.
Mine was also delivered with lots of spots of rust, where paint was missing.
Stove World UK were very helpful and with good customer service; they offered a £20 partial refund. It is a shame the product shouldn't be mis-advertised in the first place! We also ordered a fire screen which was advertised at 18 kg, which turns out only weighs 8 kg so we cancelled the order for that item.

Not used the stove yet but was very disappointed in the delivery had to physically lift the stove off a transit van and lift it all the way up my drive in hindsight I should have refused the delivery but am getting it fitted this week and couldn’t risk waiting

I highly recommend Stoves World. Great service and fast delivery. I purchased a Ecosy Purefire 10kw stove from them and it gives out loads of heat. We have ordered replacement glass from them a couple of times now and extremely great value for money. Many thanks Stove World.
