I'm thrilled with my purchase of a Leo Cylindrical Pure Bio stove. The stove was delivered quickly, very easy to put in place and is very effective in terms of both appearance and production of heat.

Bought this stove from StoveWorld and had it fitted the week before Christmas - great timing, as it made our kitchen/dinner/snug lovely and warm when otherwise the area would have been sadly wanting of a supplementary heat source. The plan was to light it in the evenings but it has only been out once since fitting to help combat cold and windy weather - so happy to come in to the warmth. Had to wait for stock to arrive (ordered knowing this) but delivery was then very prompt and exactly as forecast by StoveWorld. No issues with the product at all and it does as specified. Fitting cost > 3x the excellent stove price so beware and shop around, plus note that HETAS regulations may have you pulling your hair out with exasperation.

It's not often that a product exceeds expectations but this stove has, it gives out great heat I bought the fan as well, it looks great and so well made. It took minutes to put in place. Arrived so quickly too.

We are really pleased with how efficient this stove is, especially at the price point. Easy to clean and looks lovely, we bought the brass handle pack. I would buy this stove again.

I fitted a new Hampton 5 for a customer a few days ago. I initially found that the stove was quite hard to light and there was an issue with the draw due to the efficiency of the stove. I found that far problem was that more pre-heating of the flue was needed than on other stoves of this class. Once lit it was excellent and the customer was very happy. Knowing the postage was £40 on top of the listed price would have been useful before quoting for the fit. Overall, not a bad stove, better than most but wouldn't be my first choice to fit myself.

Received log burner on time,well wrapped .Looks a good solid fire and as advertised.Happy with purchase.i had one query before ordering which was dealt with a return email.

We recently purchased the Leo Cylindrical Pure Bio Stove, from the point of the initial enquiry to the delivery of the fire the service provided was very professional, the fire it self was in fact better than we expected and it has provided the finishing touch to our newly decorated lounge.

The order process was straightforward and the stove arrived quite quickly. Delivery driver was very helpful in bringing it right to the door on the small pallet truck. Stove looks great and am very pleased with it. The large glass window looks great. I have ordered the tall log guard though as the existing one is not very high.
Customer service were good, I had an issue with one of the panels inside the stove. They responded quickly and sent a replacement within 24 hrs.
Very happy with the stove and the company are great. Good value for money and good service.

Quality glass delivered quicky. We damaged the glass and needed a replacement before we could use the stove for winter. Great customer service and help is ok hand all the time. We've had our stove 3 years now and couldn't ask for better
