I am absolutely delighted with this wood burner. We are using it outside and it generates lots of heat and NO SMOKE????
The customer service is first rate as the stove arrived with a small dent from courier but this was dealt with immediately. So refreshing to see a company that cares about its customers. 5 stars for the company and the product

You can see the superior quality in cast iron versus other mild steels and this beast of a bowl is no exception, well cast, solid and should last a very long time if properly seasoned and cared for. I love the rusted, aged look to the bowl. Super fast delivery, very easy to transact with this company. My only 2 points of feedback for the company would be to consider the delivery method and sizing. As a 24kg item I do not believe requires a pallet delivery (for the bigger bowls yes), It is overkill & a waste as now I need to destroy it. Additionally, the cost of the pallet delivery might put some people off buying this item (it nearly did for.me) but I still recommend it, especially when compared to other items on the market. Considering manufacture of a 600-650mm might be an option too to unlock the smaller garden market. All in all, I am super pleased I found this great company to source my bowl. Thank you guys.

Have just taken delivery of this lovely stove and I am delighted with the quality of it. I am looking forward to getting it inst Have just taken delivery of this lovely stove and I am delighted with the quality of it. I am looking forward to getting it installed and think it will look splendid in our house.
The only issue was with the delivery method as I was expecting a palletised item for ease of delivery but instead the item was delivered in a transit van just in it’s box that was damaged. Fortunately the fire was undamaged, as the van did not have a tail lift the driver must of assumed that there would be someone to assist lifting the stove from the van. Once again fortunately I was able to assist but that may not always be the case.

The fire is now fitted and looks and works great,It was delivered well packed and quick.It was also good value l am very pleased and would recomend stove world.

Took 3 attempts for the delivery but was refunded the delivery charge so Thankyou. The installer for my stove has inspected it and is happy to install it. I will update when installed and how good it is. Thanks again Stoveworld .
