We haven't unpacked the stove yet but are very pleased with the speed of delivery and price. Stoveworld has a clear and simple website and ordering process and they did what they said they would do. What more do you want!

Lovely fire surround which looks far more expensive than it was. Very good value, would highly recommend. Had slips put in as chamber was not big enough for opening of the surround and the fitter rendered the remaining gap between the surround and the wall as the rebate is 75mm

Very happy with our stove, easy to install and looks great. Good price and kicks out pleantly of heat!

So disappointed with this stove. On unpacking, one of the side bricks was missing. Stoveworld were brilliant about it and sent a replacement by 48 hour courier.
Using the stove is something else. Our other stove is a Clearview at almost 4 times the price and we didn't expect like for like. But we struggle to keep this stove burning. We use the same barn dried, decent logs in both stoves, so we know there is no issue with the logs as they burn beautifully in the Clearview. With this, we have to keep it blazing or it just goes out! The glass blackens and we can't fathom a way to keep it clean during use. We can't even turn it down to get the beautiful flame patterns mentioned because as soon as we close it down at all, it goes out. As for an overnight burn, absolutely no chance.
We've tried going through the instructions several times, they aren't the greatest and are quite poorly written. I wish we knew how others get such great results from it, but we simply cannot recommend.

Took a little while to get use to the stove compared with our old one but completely pleased with it and the backup from Stoveworld. Real value for money.

Firstly the ordering process and speed of delivery was absolutely spot on.
The grill was easy to put the feet on and is very sturdy. I've heard people who have similar grills perhaps reduce the height of the feet but I'm OK with them as they are for now. Used it for the first time in my wood fired pizza oven and was absolutely brilliant. Big enough to cook plenty of things and easily moved around.
Cleaned easy enough as well afterwards.
