We fitted a hampton highline 5kw stove. We fitted the direct air vent and connected it to a therminox 5 inch chminey by Poujolat. The stove burns extremely well, lighting is a breeze and once up to temperature it is easy to control. Good seasoned or kiln dried wood burns for a long time with high output. The larger glass door lets the heat out bit you get a great visual. For a video of it in action search for it on youtube stoveworld ecosy hampton highline.

Fantastic stove and amazing customer service. After the first stove was damaged by the third party delivery driver, Stove World immediately organised for pickup and delivery of a replacement unit within 24hrs. Looks as good as a Chesney stove 4x the cost. I would highly recommend Stoveworld Uk.

Bought this stove to fit to a sunroom to provide heat for it and the attached large kitchen. Used the direct air vent and used the 5 inch flue attached to a poujoulat therminox chimney. It burns so well and very clean. I use well seasoned hardwoods from lighting it only takes 15 minutes to push heat out once up to temperature 2 good logs last for hours.

Purchased this 30kw stove from Stove World in March and now only just had it installed due to Covid. It is everything that it said on the tin and what was promised! We have a large 4 bedroom house and it heats all of the radiators. The only negative comment I would make it that the controls mostly need to stay on open and yes the wood is seasoned. Stove World's customer serviced was exemplary, friendly and professional. I am a very happy and warm customer. Thank you Stove World UK!

Brilliant! - This is the 6th multi fuel burning stove we have had over the years, we have had Yoeman, Stovax and other well known brands, but the Nero 11 has been the best by far. Super easy to light and control, great heat output, very solidly built and great viewing window for the fire. The fire is very economical too. We have just moved house, so have left the Nero 11 behind for the new owners of the house, but we have just ordered another Nero11 for our new house, which will fit perfectly into the inglenook fireplace and will no doubt keep us warm all winter. An excellent product.

After a great deal of research we settled for the Panoramic. We wanted a very wide 5kw stove that was eco design ready. This one ticked all the boxes. Excellent quality and great after sales service from the company,

Our “Crofter” stove was delivered on Monday, fitted yesterday afternoon and crackling away at 6pm! I was impressed by the easy ordering process, delivery service and the stove itself. It took a lot of research before we settled on the Crofter. We made the right choice for sure and this was endorsed by Chris, our HETAS installer from ‘We are on fire Stoves’ who fitted it in minutes. He liked the way you can easily level the feet (a feature not present on some Stoves he has fitted that cost over £1000!) and the build quality is as good as Stoves that cost 3 or 4 times as much! He recommends this stove as well although we made the decision on our own research. Easy to light for the first time and works well. Can’t wait for a really cold evening so we can get it roaring away!
Would recommend this stove without hesitation. Incredible value for money and it looks great in our newly refurbished fireplace.

First class service. Absolutely delighted with our Coseyfire 4.5Kw wood burner.. great wee stove.. looks good.. throws out super heat for its size.. and so nice to sit in front of with a large malt whisky in hand!

CUSTOMER SERVICE - knowledgeable, helpful and professional. DELIVERY- Prompt, helpful and efficient. PERFORMANCE- Efficient burn with excellent air wash which was tested to the hilt within first week when I accidentally blackened the whole glass :( but ..... ran the fire correctly and in a couple of days the glass was completely clear with no intervention from me! So no fault of the stove - totally operator error. CONTROLS - simple to operate. EXTERIOR FINISH - as expected with an enamel finish there are a couple of chips but these are not unsightly or obvious as they just show a lighter cream below the surface finish. However, after the first couple of burns - around the cuff to the flue pipe the enamel seems to have 'retreated' in a couple of places leaving black patches. I am not worried by this but will be following up to see how to deal with it as this was unexpected.
