We have owned this stove for just over a year and all I can say is wow!! We were concerned because it seemed so much cheaper than other versions but needn’t have worried. It’s solid, absolutely stunning to look at and supplies more than enough heat. So glad we chose it!!

Ordered and received the Ottawa 5 Defra Stove and was fitted in the revised fire place and what a little beauty it is, well built and looks great we adhered to the break in instruction and now working fantastic, for a small multi fuel stove it pumps the heat out, brilliant stove and worth every penny.

Delighted with your product, I purchased my oven after seeing the one my son purchased, replacement cover was for my son as his original one was looking rather sad.

Great service with fast delivery.
Grate fits but was expecting it to be smaller than shown on the site.
Shown as 300 x 170 but was actually 310 x 175
Fits and in use but no play for expansion later on.

We had a large fireplace to fill and wanted something a little different. We are over the moon with the way it looks. We use the oven for roasting chestnuts and warming bread the house smells delicious.
I ordered this over Christmas and it arrived within 3 days. I received a great service and can't recommend it enough. ( Pictures uploaded to gallery by SW )

I bought a Hampton 5 with stand in December 2018 and was so pleased with it I bought another Hampton 5 (without stand) for another room last December. Its easy to light and get going and extremely efficient compared to our earlier generation stoves. The afterburn is fascinating to watch once it gets going. The only problem we found is if you have the rear box for the rear flue entry, the provided rope seal is not liquid proof if you have any tar deposits condensing in the flue and it will leak out. Stove World later advised also sealing with a heat resistant silicone and that has cured it. Service was good and the goods arrived well packed and on time. Thoroughly recommend both Stove World and the Hampton.

Dear Sir,
Yes, very happy with the price & the service. I was worried about delivery to an awkward location & so I spoke to Izzie to ask if it could be delivered direct to the installer. She was excellent. She changed the delivery address with no fuss and it was delivered as agreed. It was refreshing to have a clear number to ring, to get a helpful person quickly who could deal with my query immediately & then receive a clear email confirming the change. I would certainly recommend your company.
