I was very pleased with the whole transaction. In particular the delivery driver went the extra mile in helping me in with the heavy granite hearth. It's a lovely product and much better priced than the equivalent I found anywhere else.

Excellent service, excellent fire, delivery was very quick the packaging/pallet was first class, all fitted and working a treat, cannot believe the difference form our old fire.
It's very efficient, easy to light, easy to clean, all in all a superb bit of kit.

Brilliant service and a brilliant stove, the delivery went very smoothly and the stove was really well packaged, now it's installed I can't fault it, I would definitely recommend.

We had been deciding on which fire to buy for ages and were very keen on a cylindrical electric one. However after discovering Stove World, we saw this Bioethanol one and after watching the video, we realised it was exactly what we were looking for.. A real flame, no wire to plug in and it is so lovely and warm. We are awaiting some ceramic logs and still have the flue to fit. Great service from Stove World, very quick delivery. Running costs are approximately £3 per night for the fuel. We love it!

Had a problem fitting the fire rope kit for Ottawa 12kw. Contacted customer services and was offered full replacement which was delivered within the week. So no complaints.

We love our bio stove its so easy to use and fits perfectly in our fake chimney breast style media wall. The only downpoint was the lack of instructions for setting the stove up which is pretty important for something that could easily go very wrong. The stove came with quite a few little pieces and there was no directions whatsoever on how or where to put them all and we couldn't find anything on line, we still dont know if the little flue thing and blanking plate on top is on correctly!

Really pleased with the extra tall log guard. It arrived quickly and works perfectly to prevent logs from falling out of the stove when you open the door. Simple to install by sliding the original log guard up and out of the stove, slide the new extra tall log guard in and then slide the original log guard back in on top. Exactly what the wood burner needed!
