Happy with product installed it myself, had to cut down cord to fit but easy process. Perhaps a small piece of tape for loose ends would also be an advantage.
Excellent customer service helped enormously with a missing door pi to. So glade i bought my fire here.

Beyond happy with my new stove ! I recently had the chimney repointed and a flue lining put down. The chimney was a mess in the new house with a slightly dangerous stove in there and fumes just blowing up the chimney! Fortunately now I have everything sorted and an amazing eco DEFRA approved simple excellent stove. Excellent price point. Simple lines. Not too fancy. Perfect size for my hearth. Great delivery time from Stove UK and EXACTLY what they said on the tin. Very happy. Defo shop here guys !

Brilliant service and fast delivery lovely fire looks great when installed for those cosy nights. My dog loves this fire more than is as you can see ha ha.

Please note this kit is too long for the ottawa 5kw defra model and does not come with extra sealing tape so you cannot cut and rejoin the rope. I did message beforehand and was told it will fit.

Ordering process was simple. Confirmation clear and concise. We could choose a delivery date, which was important as we didn’t want it to arrive too early. Stove is great, only had some small burns so far but all good. Easy to control and the installer was impressed with how easy it was to install.

Was looking for a multi-fuel model as large as poss within 5kw range. This one had largest firebox that I could find. 80% efficiency and fully cast iron (emanates some heat for hours after it's closed down) plus lots of other good features. This model met all criteria and at an excellent price. I did look at others (diff manufacturers/stockists across internet). I could pay more (a lot more) but I wasn't going to get any better spec. So this was a win-win. I found Stove World's website easy to navigate, allowing me to search by lots of features (good for searching and comparing). Gave comprehensive summary of the spec and easy to download a copy of the manual. Ordering/delivery was easy; had the option to pick a delivery date (about 10 days ahead) but left it to the company to pick and it actually arrived quicker. The company who fitted this for me were really impressed with the quality of it and how well it works. Not had a stove before, but it is easy to operate.
