Just been fitted and bedded in, very easy to use and well made, live on far north coast of Scotland and the service from Stove World and carrier was excellent.

So happy with this bioethanol fire basket. We had a small fireplace in our living room. The cost to open it up and sort out the chimney was too much for us and we came across the bioethanol basket on stove world. It fits perfectly in the gap, no need to make the space bigger and it's made it a lovely focal point, rather than just an empty space.

Excellent value stove. Safely delivered precisely on the date requested, all solidly packaged on a pallet. Not yet installed so cannot comment on performance

Pleased with the stove so far but disappointed that it is no where near as controllable as you demonstrate in your video. I have taken the “defra washer” off after contacting customer services but there is still no ‘instant shut down’ or anything near that when it is closed down as you demonstrate but just a gradual dying down over 5 or more minutes.

Bought the fire in the summer and have started using it as the nights draw in. I am impressed with the heat provided and how frugal it is at burning fuel. Great price. Excellent value.

Good quality and fast delivery.
Fitted the burner but the female end was a bit too tight for a double skin connector, which I had to mangle.
