Stove arrived securely and was packed with care, superb first impression!!
Only used the stove once to see what it was like, as we are getting its ‘forever home’ built.
Simple to use and gives out a great deal of heat, looking forward to the winter.

Very pleased with the Newburn Wide 5 stove. Weighs a ton, so if you are doing the fitting yourself, you will need a second pair of (strong) hands.
I cannot fault the item itself, really well made and creates a nice centrepiece for the fireplace.
One gripe however, Messrs Stove World - please provide an instruction manual with text in a sensibly sized font, the text in the manual supplied is absolutely tiny and really not at all easy to read!

Great kit, included everything required and a few extras were ordered for personal choice too. Quality materials, arrived on time with good service from stove world. Would recommend.

Great looking boiler stove, appears well made and a quality product. Installing at the weekend so looking forward to the first fire up. So far very happy with the product and good service today from Stove World. I have already recommended to a friend who has ordered a log burner and awaiting delivery.

Saw this beautiful fire in the Showroom and completely fell for it.......it was delivered fairly quickly, the delivery driver was very helpful in carrying in the boxes for us and we installed it ourselves......the effect if quite stunning.

Fabulous company excellent service and response I left details of delivery issues eg narrow drive the delivery was excellent. The fire is fantastic it was part of an upgrade installation and I love it. The look and operation is great brilliant company and product.
