When I called my questions were answered and if the lady did not know she immediately found out… Delivery was good… Stove looks great, no setup, although I haven’t used it yet as the extremely hot weather but all ready for the Autumn and Winter season….
The only thing I can’t find is the vent… In the instructions it says it burns better on a fully opened vent

No damage during transit so it went straight into position ready to fit the flue into the already installed spigott. Very basic installation instructions (another reviewer mentioned bulking out the bracket with washers, which was also required for my wall).

Really efficient delivery. Really good quality, robust fir and grill - we have used both fire and grill sections. Grill sections oiled in advance with groundnut oil. Then cooked steak and vegetables were super delicious rubbed with olive oil and placed on the grill section. Fantastic fire and grill. Thank you!

Great experience dealing with Stoveworld. Easy ordering and quick delivery.
The stove itself is really heavy duty and good quality. I have another bio-ethanol stove but it is nowhere near the quality of this one. I haven't lit it yet (we are in the middle of a heatwave) but I am sure it will work as expected.

This stove is a powerful compact design with a great flame viewing window. It takes a couple of logs which keep a great heat going for an hour or so.
Very happy with the product and it is so easy to light.
All communication with stoveworld has been handled with great skill 10/10 for service.
Please note I normally do not do reviews but I felt in this case it was well deserved.

Really great beam. Slightly darker than expected but I’m really happy with it. Looks like real wood but can have it close to the fire which is what we were after. Easy to install and good value for money!

This stove is great, so well made and sturdy, very heavy, two opening doors make it easy to clean out. Had to give it a couple of runs despite the hot weather! Delivery was quick and smooth with a very accommodating delivery guy. Thank you

We researched these for our new home after living with a multi fuel burner for the past 10 years . We particularly liked it for the cast iron and are very pleased with both the quality , robustness and heat output . It was blooming heavy to lift upstairs to our reverse layout living room . A few more instructions for assembly would have been helpful .

I had a great experience with Stoveworld UK. Their website was really easy to use, with plenty of information and a straightforward ordering process. Pricing was very competitive, and communication was excellent throughout the order confirmation and shipping process. They also used an excellent courier who did a superb job with the delivery. The stove looks excellent and works really well, the instructions were clear, and the addition of the heat proof glove was a really nice touch. Overall, the service was great from start to finish and I would definitely recommend using them.

Apart from looking a level up from most funnels this does help in filling the fuel. As long as you pour slowly it goes where it should, the only thing to go wrong are drips so have a container of some sort ready to catch any. I have only used it a couple of times mainly because of the summer heatwaves, but also because I've not long had the Panoramic stove I ordered last September, at long last moved into the fireplace. Ancient cottage, thatched roof & ongoing repairs, don't ask... Absolutely delighted with the stove & delivery of both was faultless. Thank you!

Excellent stylish sturdy stove. Heat output quick and due to the cast iron and strongly built stove the heat was retained. Really pleased with the look and weight many bioethanol stoves look tinny and could be easily knocked over not this one!

Very good service. Fair price. Sturdy burner that's not complicated to use if you just want to generate a bit of warmth. Delivery via Palletex did not follow my instructions re restricted access but luckily my fitters were on hand to manoeuvre it down the driveway! Went in smoothly and a lovely addition to the room. Would recommend to others. Came with a free glove which is handy
