Absolutely fantastic quality Firepit..We purchased the cooking rack to go on top. We have cooked some fantastic meals on here already.
A wonderful quality item- amazing quality for the price. A fantastic feature in the garden that now means we spend every evening round the fire outside. Highly recommend. Looks almost sculptural!

Ecosy snug 5kw with log stand under, bought and fitted in November 2023.
The ordering online was easy and delivery prompt. The staff were very helpful, over the phone, in answering a few technical questions for me.
The fire is compact, so easy to light and manages to put out a lot of heat for its size. Looks good too. I have only tried burning kiln dried logs so far, but am eager to see how the smokeless coal fares too. I'm sure that I won't be disappointed. I had the most cosy winter:)

Really like the stove great for the size. Burns well and easy to start up.
Customer service at Stoveworld really good and gave good information upon request.
Only downside was the delivery person who didn’t really speak and spent entire delivery on the phone. Totally disinterested!

Bought May 2024. Looks great (with optional brass handle) in old fireplace.
Super easy to light, admittedly using a wood wool.
Super easy to control. One knob does it all. Move it in (/...out) half an inch and the fire slows (/...accelerates) within a couple of seconds.
Slight smell of paint curing during first few burns. Best to light a few candles nearby.
With the handle positioned to the outside, the end of it stays cool enough to touch and use with the stovepipe exterior at up to 130-140 deg C. Any hotter, and i reach for the glove.(Stoveworld - i would love to roadtest a stay-cool brass handle)
Large window, shows the flames to great effect. Glass stays clean.
No discernible increase in pollutants in room (pm2.5 etc), it seems to be a contender for best in class.
We can hear the wood crackling and the flames / air rush as the fire burns. I hadnt expected that in such an airtight stove.
Overall: we are charmed and delighted. And cosy.

Really pleased with my stove, quick delivery within three days of my order on the day of my choice. As stated this stove is twice the weight of other bio stoves and looks like the real thing. Other bio stoves are half the weight and look like pressed tin, which makes me worry about them rusting after a while.

After much debate, we opted for this product as it looked substantial and rustic for our new build contemporary property. We are extremely pleased with how it looks despite not having lit it yet. Looking forward to many summer evenings with a glass of wine. Delivery was excellent and helpful to position the pallet where requested.

This is the second multi fuel stove I have purchased from Stoveworld. As always the service was faultless and punctual. I am very happy with the appearance of the stove and when lit, it emits a lot of heat. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The stove itself is very authentic; reassuringly heavy and well made. Really easy to set up and operate too. I'm using the recommended biofuel but still noticing a smell after 4/5 uses, not sure if this is the fuel or the stove just burning off the manufacturing smells - fingers crossed it's the latter. Definitely raises the room temperature by a few degrees so good as a heat source for a late spring/early autumn evening if you just want to take the edge off but not put the heating on.

Really pleased with the Hampton 5 Bio Stove purchased from Stoveworld. It's perfect as a secondary heat source and visual focal point - the flames are enchanting and the heat it gives out is much more than I expected.
Arrived very well packaged and on schedule. Set up was very easy. Looks great and of substantial construction.
We will be getting a second one for another room!

Very impressive service from stove world , the delivery time and driver were really good . The fire has now been installed and is a very good burning fire .The outside vent does seem to slow the burning of the logs and the heat given out is very comfortable. Would definitely use this company again .

Excellent experience from start to finish.
Online product description and ordering was very easy.
Through no fault of Stoveworld the first log burner arrived badly damaged but Stoveworld made sure another new one was delivered the very next morning.
When contacting customer service it was very refreshing not to be told “we’re very busy at the moment and you are in a queue for 3 days!”, the very friendly team answered immediately.
And my final praise goes to their very competitively priced product which so far has performed exactly as described.

Although the item has been sat in my hallway for just over a week and remains on its delivery pallet, which obviously means I'm unable to review the product itself and how effective it works etc. At this stage, all I can comment on is that making the order was easy, communication was good and the items was delivered by a very polite and friendly man on time. I also know the item is exceptionally heavy! Due to be installed in the next couple of weeks, so if I remember, I'll come back to update it more on product. (5 star for communication and delivery though).

Installed in Nov '23. It's a nice fire, burns ok and gives off the expected level of heat for size. Airflow helps keep the glass clear. It is trickier to get going without firelighters, compared to another Stoveworld fire we purchased.
Negatives: Beware that you can buy both the rear flue box AND the heat shield but they are incompatible with each other! You can only have one of the two, despite being allowed to add both. I did inform Stoveworld of this, as that was our plan, and they refunded us on the rear flue. However, they have not changed this page and so you can still fall into the same trap of adding both. The cost to us to rectify the issue was a larger hearth, more building work and chasing Stoveworld for a refund. They did not offer anything other than the cost of the flue to return and return P&P, nor did they apologise. Be aware of this when considering how customer reviews impact your purchase.
Overall 4 star, the fire is OK, the configuration less so.

I had this stove installed at the end of last summer.
Unfortunately I'm not impressed at all. Initially the vent levers jammed solid and I was instructed by stove world to just "whack them with a piece of wood"
The the bottom vent has never really seemed to do very much at all. And the top vent is not effective at keeping the glass clear. It always fogs up in lines down the window.
It is also not very effective at heating our average size living room. It eventually starts to kick out a bit of heat after about two hours but not that much considering how much wood has been burnt to achieve this.
I should have knocked out the rest of the fireplace and installed a free standing one in the living room instead of an inset. It's probably what I'll end up doing.
Can't say I would recommend installing one of these inset stoves unless you absolutely have no other option.
