I found the Stoveworld website really helpful and decided on the Eco+Hampton 5 Pure Bio Stove, and I am glad I did. It was to replace my old wood burner, and honestly it looks authentic. The flame is surprisingly good and the heat produced is perfect for the size of my living room (16ft x 12ft).
The delivery team made sure It arrived in time for Xmas, which was very helpful, many thanks to the delivery team and driver. Great company, communication and product.

Cracking little thing. Well built, stylish, unobtrusive and easily heats up our kitchen / conservatory 40sqm. I would recommend a stove fan (circa £40) as it circulates hot air much quicker. Use a good grade fuel as the cheaper stuff burns with a smell like methylated spirit.

You have an easy to use web site and although it has not been fitted yet it certainly looks very nice Delivery was quick although the packaging was quite damaged but the stove was fine with no damage as far as I could see. I would certainly recommend your company to friends etc.

We recently moved to a house that had a wood burning stove. However it was very old and needed replacing. We are also in a smokeless area so needed a defra approved stove. Our installer Steve’s stoves recommended stoveworld for easycozy stoves, so we had a look and for this Easycozy Copse. It is amazing and we are very happy with it. The only slightly annoying thing is the gap that the stove has to keep the air vent open. It burns a little bit rich but it’s a regulation. Not the stove’s fault.
Also our dog absolutely loves it.
Would definitely recommend.

Ordering was quick and easy and when I called up to query changing my order the person was really helpful. They also sorted out making sure it was delivered on time even though I had left it a bit late. The stove is lovely and the slimline design really works in my room which doesn’t have a fireplace. I’m loving the toasty evenings sat watching the flames!

What a fantastic fire, bought it with the optional straight 500mm flue, fitting the blanking plate collar and flue although easy to work out there were no actual instructions, should they be needed, that said had it in my prepared fireplace in no time and looks great lit, very effective, lasted 3hrs with a decent heat given off, definitely recommend

Really nice fire, good, solid build, burns well and has a huge output for the size of the fire, also a very attractive design.
I've found the best burn is a single layer of coals with a few logs on top to get a bed of embers and then it can be shut down for the rest of the time, just adding an odd log on every so often. used with 10" kiln dried Birch, (if you can get it, the best result was achieved with 16" ash which burned steadily for 4 hours).
Stoveworld offered a quick delivery, arrived very well packed. All in all, excellent value for money!

I purchased the Ecosy+Mulberry10 just over a month ago and have used it almost every night since. This is a great fire with easy to use controls and generates a lot of heat. The air wash system for keeping the glass clean is a bonus and works quite well. My only criticism is that the legs aren’t fitted at delivery, if they were it would be a lot easier to handle off the pallet! Overall I’m very pleased with the fire, the price and the service ..

Couldn't be happier with this stove! Really impressed with how long a litre of fuel will burn for and the heat output is great, excellent secondary heat source in our stone cottage (not a well insulated new build!). The flames look great too. Communication from the company was great, as was the courier who delivered.

These logs are perfect. We have 1 Infront of the bioethanol opening, and 2 staggered behind. It does not interrupt access nor use of the bio wood burner and makes the fire most believable.

I am over the moon with my new fire. I have had my eye on it a while and decided to go for it. The price is a little more than your typical biofires but it's justified in its quality. It looks and feels like a proper log burner. It has a heavy weight to it and the cast iron door makes it. The false flute adds that extra special touch. Much cheaper than having a log burner installed with real flame benefit! I am already thinking of getting another. Delivery was quick.
If you are contemplating- get it! You won't regret it

the Ottawa 21kw we have is now 3 years old i agree the ash pan didn't last long but replacements and glass are easily sourced 12 radiators took a while to figure out size of stove rope right price cheers stoveworld
