Amazing fire and amazing service. As soon as I purchased my new fire, stoveworld were excellent. From the delivery, delivery man and stoveworld themselves, nothing can be faulted. Then the fire itself is brilliant, love the huge window and it puts so much heat. I couldn't be more happy.

Absolutely amazing, the service on the phone before I ordered was 1st class, I ordered online and it arrived in 3 days, I have had it fitted and my word am I happy, this stove has changed our house completely it is clean burn, the glass is Crystal clear, and it is so efficient, can’t recommend this stove and the company Stove World U.K. enough. Searched everywhere for a log holder that wasnt too big for our hearth. The product arrived within a few days and the quality was excellent.... so good we bought the 4 piece companion set too.

Have had this stove for 1 year now, and cant fault it, Brill stove and brill picture glass, really pumps the heat out using kiln dried wood from my local supplier, would like to give there name but not sure if allowed to do so, Have used smokeless coals and they do get super hot, but prefer kiln dried wood,, my advice, only used kiln dried, with a powder chimney cleaner, every 4 or 5 fires, I sweep my own chimney no worries. In short if you want a stove buy from stove world, well worth your money, and better than good service.

The ropes were the wrong length and had been taped into loops. I cannot install a loop because the stove door has three horizontal grooves and only two vertical grooves for the rope. So, it needs to be a length of rope that than a loop. I contacted Stoveworld twice by email over the last fortnight and they have not replied.

We love our new fireplace. We had seen it in a store before so knew what we were getting and this is the best price out there I believe. There was a chip out of one side unfortunately but Stoveworld dealt with it quickly and to our satisfaction. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

This is is an extraordinary little stove. This is our first stove, so we thought that it would take us some time to develop 'the knack' of getting it lit. We needn't have worried. This stove is so well-designed that lighting it is an absolute breeze. The controls are simple, easy to use and effective. Despite its diminutive size, the Snug pumps out heat very effectively and the heat continues to radiate long after the wood has turned into ash. Our lounge is even noticeably warm the morning after an evening of use. The Snug is incredible value for money.

Our installation date is only the middle of march but the engineer said we made a really good choice as he has fitted a few of these now and they’re is his words “excellent value for money and very efficient”. Thanks you stove world, we Weill post pictures once it’s been installed.

Just had this stove installed, its amazing, great heat output, heats the whole of downstairs, great draw, so simple, you get the paint smell on the first cycle but after that it's gone, really impressed for the money, i had it installed by a local company that sell very high end stoves and even he said for the money it looks a nice stove.

Purchased these as a gift to go with new woodburner. I looked at numerous pokers and sets but either too modern or too expensive. These are perfect as we have limited space and we will hang them inside the fireplace. They are not as beautiful as the £60.00 a piece options with rams heads or hares but they are probably far more practical as these are a great size in the palm of your hand, save space with the wall rack provided and are a great length too! Seems well made and certainly no fear of them not lasting a long time. Pleased with the look, practical side, cost and delivery and they are still a little unusual.

So far so good, looks like good quality and just what we needed. Getting the rope to stay at the top of the door was quite tricky, used a bit of tape in the end until it was cured. Good value and quality!

We have just finished tempering our very beautiful new wood burner!
Firstly, it truly is beautiful, it has completely transformed our sitting room, the large door is a mesmerising tv of flame.
Secondly, how economical is the stove? We were burning so much wood on our previous (9 year old multi fuel) stove. This one is burning less than a third, and already kicking out better heat.
Delivery was swift and the delivery company were super helpful.
Downside?……… erm…. Just can’t find one!

I have had my fire for over a month but only had it fitted last week, very pleased with everything from a prompt delivery to the look and performance of the fire.
Our installation was carried out by Baden and his team from Adena Fires in Tonbridge Kent, constructing a false chimney breast and a twin wall flue up the outside wall.
As a woodburner novice I did struggle with initial lighting and had smoke billowing out of the door and back air Intake but after talking to the fitter he said to open a window for a few minutes to allow more draught in the room which would allow the heat to be pushed up the flue to build up the heat, once the flue thermometer had reach a good temperature put on a log and away she went.
We are still at the tempering stage so only small fires lasting an hour ish.

Dog ran into our fire guard which shattered our glass 3 days before Christmas. Paid the postage but didn’t have much hope in getting in time with current courier services taking longer than normal so partner drive down, collected the piece and fitted it the next day. Very happy with product and even getting reimbursed the delivery cost. Fantastic service, thank you for enabling us to collect.

Installed this stove just before the colder weather came in and it is brilliant.
Airwash works a treat and keeps the glass nice and clean.
You have great control of the burn rate in comparison with the more expensive stoves that I have used in the past.
Customer service and Delivery were excellent - well packaged and on time with quick responses with any queries that I had.
Would recommend this company and will use again.

It's ok....not as effective as the Hamlet stove we had previously and disappointing to have paint come off by the handle (despite being v careful to cure the paint with initial firings) and it not be part of the warranty. The best thing is the wide viewing glass.
