I’m not often blown away by something but this stove is simply a fantastic bit of kit and light years away from the more traditional stoves I’d been used to. I’m still learning how to get the very best from it but a few weeks in and I’m so impressed with its build, heat efficiency and how responsive the controls are. A great product for a great price, delivered as promised and installed without drama. Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!

Hi well I must say I had a very good experience with stoveworld the ordering was a breeze delivery was fast and the fire was very well packed (bomb proof)

The fire is not installed yet but it looks the dogs Bs in its position

Had this since January 2019 and cannot believe what a difference it's made! We have a large 4 bedroom stone walled house with 6 radiators (need to add more) which this stove heats without a problem. If you have a large property and good supply of fuel then this if the appliance you should buy. Highly recommended!

great little stove for the money. Seems to be well built so far.
Great draw from it, have to close the vents down pretty much straight away or it eats all the wood too fast.
Fits about 3 half logs in it at anyone time.
The large glazed door makes a big difference and you can see everything going on.
Well worth the money

Purchased this stove to replace a 30 year old Morso Squirrel.
Initial impressions are very good. It is well built and the more contemporary design gives a fresher look while still maintaining a cottage feel.
Operation is easy and the airwash system does keep the glass very clean, which is a must when the glass is so large.
Stoveworld were also very good to deal with. Very helpful pre and post sales advice, delivery was prompt and all the equipment was very well packaged.
Altogether a good purchase, and would recommend both the product and company to anyone purchasing a 5 kW stove.

Owned a number of stoves over the years. This one is simply the best. Excellent air control:- it turns right down to a slow burn. Secondary and tertiar air flow keeps the glass clean.
Good size fire box too.
Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic stove. I'll admit when I read the description and watched the video, I thought it sounded a bit 'hyped' with regard re-burning the smoke, most efficient design available etc. Well, it's absolutely true about igniting the smoke, you can see the extra flames coming though the holes at the back, like swirling gas flames. The wood burns for ages and produces so much more heat than our last stove (valor). There also seems to be way less ash left by each fire than with our last one. If you're thinking of getting this, just buy it. It's probably true about it being the most efficient one on the market.

Ummed and ahhed about buying this as not cheap but so pleased I did go for it in the end as really happy with everything about it - speedy delivery and very well packed and most importantly it’s a well made product. I’m only using it to elevate an electric log burner but nice to know in future it could easily hold up a real one! So much better to have the heater up higher off the floor -not only to look at but for pushing heat out into space… Have ordered some decorative fine sawn full round silver birch logs to go in opening to finish it off.

Was disappointed to receive the Ram Skull log holder to find it only weighs 3.8 kg, not 9+ kg as advertised, which puts it squarely back in the "most other comparable log holders" category referred to on the product webpage, which don't cost as much as this.
Mine was also delivered with lots of spots of rust, where paint was missing.
Stove World UK were very helpful and with good customer service; they offered a £20 partial refund. It is a shame the product shouldn't be mis-advertised in the first place! We also ordered a fire screen which was advertised at 18 kg, which turns out only weighs 8 kg so we cancelled the order for that item.

Not used the stove yet but was very disappointed in the delivery had to physically lift the stove off a transit van and lift it all the way up my drive in hindsight I should have refused the delivery but am getting it fitted this week and couldn’t risk waiting
