Really pleased with this fire fantastic look and it gives off a surprising amount of heat without the fuss of a traditional wood stove, we found the heat will transfer through the house quite a way and if let it burn on full for 5 minutes then shut the flap to about a quarter it will burn easily for over 4 hours on a litre of fuel

Really pleased with my 20mm Square Honed Granite Hearth. The finish is smooth, modern, and looks fantastic with my stove. It’s solid, perfectly cut, and feels really high quality. The subtle honed texture gives it a classy, understated look — not too shiny, just right. It was easy to fit and instantly made the whole fireplace area look more polished. Packs a punch when it’s full, I have a rear flue box and find the draw up the chimney needs a good bit of initial heat to get it going otherwise it can smoke out easily compared to other log burners I’ve used. Can get some huge pieces of wood due to its width but the depth is quite small so limits it. Due to the smaller depth when the fire is lit and door is opened the smoke will escape easily, unlike with other burners you cannot leave the door ajar momentarily or when starting due to the smoke escaping. Great control with the one air flow valve and only need to empty the ashes after 5-10 burns if not more.

Ordered for my Hampton log burner and pleasantly surprised to find the kit included fire rope seal for the glass as well. No carbon tape was included but a quick call to Stove World sorted this out with very helpful support guy. Rope seals now replaced and log burner is like new.

We are really impressed with this stove. For quite some time now we've been looking for an alternative to a real fire, but they all look fake and cheap. Then we came across this company and this stove. We can't believe the heat produced from the fire, it's so much more than a double radiator. Our coldest room in the house is now bar far the warmest. If you are indecisive like myself, I would say go for it, you'll not be disappointed.

I only have one complaint about this stove, and that is the grate. The holes for the ash to fall through are much to big for burning wood and it is impossible to build up an ash bed. The holes are so big that I'll never need to use the riddler. Other than that the build quality of the rest of the stove is excellent and absolutely fantastic value for money. Would have been a 5 star if the grate held ash.

I was a bit sceptical of steel stoves not being as good as cast but I can honestly say I am very impressed with this one!
It arrived on the the day it was supposed to and I wasn't in they left it at my front door no problems.
The stove itself is for the money fantastic and out performs my old cast one and the heat it puts out is fantastic, very impressive!!

Fantastic wood burner. Love the panoramic front we had an open fire and wanted to see the flames this is perfect. Did our first fire and was so surprised how much heat came from it. Also delivery was fantastic and communication while asking questions. Top notch.

We are really pleased with our bioethanol stove. Looks great, really sturdy construction and gives off great heat, probably more than expected as we don't use a flue. Only takes a few burns to remove curing smell you always get with a new stove. And as long as room is ventilated (door or window slightly open) not much residual smell from the fire. Overall really please!
