Heavy duty 1.8mm thick 304 grade stainless steel fire guard / holder for outdoor wood fired ovens. This essential piece of kit helps keep the ash away from your pizza, cooked meats, bread etc , whilst acting as a heat baffle, forcing the heat up and around the oven dome, helping to stop your food burning by allowing a more even cooking temperature.
