Good afternoon.
We are delighted with our new fire. The photographs online made the fire look really super and I was wondering,because the cost was much lower than that of other brands, if the quality would be as good as it looks. Well it's lit, it's beautiful, it's warm and I couldn't be happier. Many thanks.

Top quality fire for the price, at a good price, delivery from order to arriving three days, yes summer is on its way but i would like a real cold night the heat this thing can produce is great.

Good morning,
We recently bought a Woodburner from you and I just wanted to give you some feedback as we telephoned you direct rather than use eBay. My husband spoke to a very helpful man who was both knowledgeable and pleasant. Due to his advice we bought a different stove than the one intended. The product arrived promptly, extremely well packed and undamaged. We have had it lit according to instructions with excellent results. All in all we are very satisfied with our purchase and would recommend your company to others. Well done.

Apologies that this is a bit late, but we were waiting for our Ottowa 12kw to be installed.
We are very happy indeed with this stove, we wanted something that looked more contemporary with a single door that would give us a great view of the fire. We haven't been disappointed, we were so impressed with the speedy response from Stoveworld, the delivery and also the instructions which we found easy to follow to get us going.
Not a very technical appraisal I know but I can only say I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stoveworld UK to anyone else purchasing a stove and this model in particular has met and exceeded our expectations.

We have just had our new Ottawa 12kw woodburner delivered (and then installed very quickly and efficiently by DS Woodburners) and we are absolutely thrilled with it. Just going through the initial burns and it appears to work incredibly well. When our installer had fitted it he said "you've got a good one there", having bemoaned the quality of some he's asked to fit!
So thank you for a terrific, beautifully made product at a magically reasonable price, and for the kindness and efficiency of your sales staff.

Although we have not yet installed our stove we are very happy with everything about it so far. The service from Stoveworld has been great. Delivery was prompt and despite access to our house not being the best the delivery man made sure he got the stove to us somehow! Our builder who will be installing the stove is very impressed with the quality. As are we and with the contemporary look of the stove. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stoveworld.

We recently bought and installed this stove. Well built and with clean, contemporary lines. The large glass door panel is great - the fire is clearly visible and attractive.
The instruction book is not well written. Luckily my wife is an ace with stoves and quickly figured how to manage it. Our only criticism is the door handle which is bare, solid metal. It quickly becomes too hot to touch. Stove is supplied with a heat glove - maybe this is an afterthought. The instruction book is vague about this detail giving only an obvious and general warning that in use the stove gets hot (surprise!) but no explicit warning about the handle. Maybe the it needs a redesign. Our previous stove had a simple though not so stylish handle of coiled steel that was safe to handle even when in full heat.
This is not a major issue and shouldn't put you off. It's simple common-sense to be careful around stoves. This is a great piece of kit, thoroughly recommended and we are very pleased with it.
