Bought this stove in August run it through winter excellent bit of kit had a 20kw before and this one used less fuel good price only gripe rope on the door fell out so had to rerope door other than that absolutely excellent
A really great looking stove that is solidly made at an astonishingly good price. I haven't installed it yet but look forward to to many years of a warm house and lots of hot water.
An excellent stove and good value in comparison to the competition! We have ours installed and working well. Lovely big glass screen and simple minimal design. It would need to be going full pelt to achieve the 19KW to the boiler. We are guessing running at a medium rate we are getting more like 8KW and about 4KW to the room. It is hooked up to a clever switchboard system that links in with our oil boiler, hot-water tank and central heating system. It heats a large hot water tank in about an hour and a half going at a medium rate, then can help boost the central heating a bit.
We bought this a couple of weeks ago during the cold spell. Our old unit started to leak and was going to cost a fair bit to fix! After taking a couple f days to fit in and a couple of leaks with the 1 inch BSP fittings all has been good since. The unit isn't too big and looks very good the castings look to be of a good quality and all the fittings work as they should. The fire itself puts out good amount of heat and so far is keeping the whole house very much warmer. All in all I would highly recommend this fire from the short but highly successful use we have had from it.
