We have just finished tempering our very beautiful new wood burner!
Firstly, it truly is beautiful, it has completely transformed our sitting room, the large door is a mesmerising tv of flame.
Secondly, how economical is the stove? We were burning so much wood on our previous (9 year old multi fuel) stove. This one is burning less than a third, and already kicking out better heat.
Delivery was swift and the delivery company were super helpful.
I have had my fire for over a month but only had it fitted last week, very pleased with everything from a prompt delivery to the look and performance of the fire.
Our installation was carried out by Baden and his team from Adena Fires in Tonbridge Kent, constructing a false chimney breast and a twin wall flue up the outside wall.
As a woodburner novice I did struggle with initial lighting and had smoke billowing out of the door and back air Intake but after talking to the fitter he said to open a window for a few minutes to allow more draught in the room which would allow the heat to be pushed up the flue to build up the heat, once the flue thermometer had reach a good temperature put on a log and away she went.
We are still at the tempering stage so only small fires lasting an hour ish.

First class service from the company. The Panoramic wood stove is beautiful and very efficient. Highly recommend this as it’s all about the view through the large glass screen.
The online service has been very good and the delivery was smooth. The product is still in its packaging whilst we wait for the fitting in a few weeks. We cant wait to set it up! Good website. Clear and informative. The videos are very useful.

I haven't actually installed this stove yet so I can only go by my first impressions.
I am so pleased with the quality of this. I was unsure whether to go for all cast iron or steel , but my research led me to feel that steel is good these days. I was truly surprised at the quality though.
It has a lovely wide glass but is narrow in depth,plenty big enough though.
I wanted something that I could fit a pan or two on, with the chimney coming out of the top I can fit my pressure cooker, with the chimney out of the back I could easily fit two big pans or three small ones.
I had nice dealings with the company - the girl I spoke to helped me decide which one suited my purposes. I didn't want something too dinky - most of the 5 kw stoves seemed very small, but the width of this gives the impression of a big stove
I can't wait to get it lit but I have three weeks to wait before that can happen.
